Will NEVER come here again. The staff lately is doing a terrible job. Ordered cheese bread and got bread sticks. Over the past couple months this location let alone business has gone downhill. Will definitely NEVER come here or to any luies location because of the staff at this location. Sad day for luies just lost a die hard decade plus customer!!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for delivery after being told 30-45 minutes when I ordered. They were rude and lied about my order when inquired about it. They have lost a longtime customer.

I love Louies. I've been ordering from them since their downtown location was on Platte across the street from the tatoo place. I almost always grab a Louie's pizza on Friday's on the way home from work and they've always been my go to for parties or big family gatherings. All that ended Monday night. I had a cold, so instead of picking up my pizza and paying cash which is my usual modus operandi, I ordered for delivery from the Fillmore store. The guy who answered the phone didn't know the minimum delivery charge and didn't ask for my address. I gave it to him anyway. He seemed incredibly confused about the process of ordering a pizza, which for a place who's main function is pizza, is a problem. I got a call back later because he wrote my credit card number down wrong. I got another call much later from the delivery driver because the order taker wrote my address down wrong as well. When the pizza arrived an hour and a half later it was cold. Not the delivery person's fault. I tipped her $5 on a large pepperoni. When I went to my credit card app I was shocked to find I had been charged over $26.00 for a single topping pizza! I called the store and asked how much a single topping delivery usually is. The "manager" I asked for and spoke to didn't know and had to do math on his phone. I explained the sequence of events. To say he seemed unconcerned is an understatement. I could actually feel him roll his eyes on the phone. I will never darken Louie's door or order line again. Get your pizza elsewhere if you don't want to be treated like me.

*** CUSTOMER BEWARE ***Let me start off by saying I'm a long time, loyal customer of Louie's pizza ordering from all 3 locations. However this time ordering from the Fillmore location this was anything but satisfying. Let me explain.... I started an online order for delivery and ordered a LG Calzone and a 20oz Mt. Dew total coming to $14.50. I'm then directed to add an additional $5.50 to my order to meet the minimum mandatory $20.00 delivery fee. Ok, fine whatever! So now I find myself ordering some additional items I really don't want because I'm hungry and just want to get my dinner delivered quickly as possible. So I do this and go to check out total being at that time $21.66 just to find out that there is no C.O.D. option (Cash on Delivery). So I call in and place the order and then told my total is now $31.00. I asked why this would be and I was told that there is a $7.00 delivery charge . Fine whatever 21.66 + 7.00 = 28.66 not 31.00 let me just point that out right there. But at this point after ordering stuff I didn't want to meet their order delivery requirment,, and agreeing to their $7.00 delivery fee. The person on the phone doesn't forget to mention like any other pizza delivery place in Colorado Springs "That driver does not carry anything more but $20.00 in change." So after waiting 30 min for the delivery (which was really what I expected) after being told it would arrive in 10-15 min which is totally unheard of. The girl who delivers my order pulls past my address, parks in the neighbors driveway which is clearly divided by a chain linked fence and proceeds to walk over from their driveway to hand me my order. So since my order is $31.00 clearly my $50 is just under the amount of the $20 the driver carries in change right?? After handing her the 50 she proceeds to ask me if I wanted any change back... I said well yes please (because obviously I'm not going to tip $20 dollars for her rudely parking her vehicle in my in neighbors driveway on top of the $7.00 and some change antipasto salad I didn't want and the $7.00 dollar delivery fee which now meets my initial order of 14.50 for the Calzone and 20oz Mt dew.) Yes I would like some change. She then pulls $10 dollars in single bills from her pocket and says " They only give us $10 for change do you want it back." Really??? So now I am forced to leave this woman at least a $10 tip for a poor and inconsiderate delivery. At this point nevermind how much it cost me. The owners of Louies Pizza better start figuring out how much it cost them because after figuring out they charged me a .99 cent Local Support Fee they failed to mention which I was wondering why the driver had said my total was $32.00. I HOPE THE OWNERS REALIZE THAT UNLESS CORRECTED AND MADE RIGHT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ANY OF THEIR ESTABLISHMENTS BASED ON PURE PRINCIPLES! I DO NOT FEEL LIKE A APPRECIATED CUSTOMER! I ONLY FEEL DISRESPECTED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!P.S. A 99 CENT LOCAL SUPPORT FEEWHAT IN THE HELL IS THAT ?MORE IMPORTANTLY WHO AUTHORIZED IT???THIS IS BORDERLINE "A CALL FOR ACTION".I'm going to ponder on this one for a little bit!

We got the special of the day , to go. We didn't order ahead , we ordered when we arrived. The counter service was very good. The pizza was delicious and ready quickly,. We have liked Louie's for a long time We had heard they had a change in owners. Everything I liked about Louie's is still the same and I am very glad the change of owner didn't include trying to fix what is not broken.

Was going to try untill when I visited website I was prompted to download chow now. How disappointing would rather pay more for an app than an employee, wonder if a robot cooks the pizza too?

This is my husband’s and my #1 mom and pop pizza stop whenever we go to the Springs! Their pizza is excellent: extra cheesy, with a nice bubbly crust and delicious sauce, and their cheesy bread sticks with dipping sauce give you a huge serving which will most likely send you home with lunch leftovers for the next day! Very highly recommended, with three locations to choose from.
