I Went in today to pick up 2 pizzas I ordered.I waited 20 minutes in line only to have the guy ringing me up say 33 and some change for 2 large 1 topping pizzas w cash.Now I've been coming to this location since 2011 and I've always paid 22 to 24 for 2 one topping pizzas.To give me a total of 33 and some change was ridiculous and act like...oh well.....Needless to say I was very upset.I waisted 40 minutes of my time and was late getting back from my lunch and left louis w no pizza.

What a great staff! Our big hockey team plus families went there, and they handled out large group like pros! The food was soooo good!!Kid-friendliness: They were funny with the kids and made them laugh. It was a great experience.

The place is disgusting. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat, gone down hill quite a bit in the past two years or so, sad to say. Everytime my Family and I have come to dine in, especially for dinner, the management has been less than stellar, always after 4-5pm, the employees act like they don’t care about their jobs or the integrity of the name that they carry.Might as well spend my money at a corporate joint, where the dining room isn’t disgusting, the managers want to be there, and the customer service isn’t absolutely horrendous. A few times we have called to place a delivery, and have placed delivery from this specific restaurant multiple times. Sometimes they will say “sorry you’re not in our delivery range.”We live like 2 1/2 miles away, at most, and have had food delivered numerous times. It’s like, if they don’t feel like doing that order or are understaffed they won’t just say so? Why just flat out lie? I have no idea who is training these newer employees, some are good for the most part, others like I said, act as though they don’t want to be there. Then why are you there? That’s my question. Sure it’s a job, it’s good, probably doesn’t pay well (the tip jar is usually always full, however) but take some pride in what you do.We have seen employees by the side of the building smoking cigarettes for 20 minutes, then come straight into the store and make our food without gloves on… Dining room as I have said, most of the chairs are either broken or almost on their way out, and have seen the floor a mess almost every single time. The customer service is abysmal, and dying. I feel very sad to say I will no longer be supporting this Louie’s Pizza, but I garuntee they don’t care.My Fiancé has gotten sick multiple times eating the “Gluten Free “ pie, which I bet anything they are using the same pans to make both gluten free and non gluten pies, and have a feeling they don’t wash them. We eat gluten free options at reputable establishments and have only had this issue at Louie’s. For the upcharge it’s absolutely immoral. Thanks for nothing!
