Really really enjoyed the customer service but also greatly enjoyed the coffee as well. Weird flavors but not dull or over bearing! Cool atmosphere too!

The staff here are excellent! Incredibly friendly and chill! They work hard to make sure your experience there is top notch! The coffee is defs made in house and dang is it great! Probably some of the best coffee in Colorado, not just Colorado Springs. 😁 Keep up the great work Loyal Coffee Co.! ❤️🔥

Austin is wonderful! He is knowledgeable and kind barista, even it’s 15 minutes before closing. I wish more baristas could be like him. Wonderful experience, will return again.

I've always loved loyal, but last time I was in I asked about a coffee I'd never had. It was new, and none of the employees had tried it either. After I ordered and paid for a different coffee, they said they were going to make a cup for all of the employees to split and offered me one too. Fantastic coffee. Try No 78 if you get the chance. Well worth the $12. The employees are above and beyond here, and love coffee and the experience.
