Best food I've had in the entire 8 years that I've lived here.

Disappointed, I used to support Lunchals a lot over the last couple of years but their portion sizes has decreases significantly while prices increased greatly. $20 ($17+tip) for a handful of fries and 7 pieces of shrimp.

Excellent food with a great ambiance. The unique setup of this location downtown invites a friendly atmosphere. Multiple small shops, restaurants, and a bar provide a much appreciated spin on casual dining. I was able to enjoy a nice cold drink while enjoying some very well seasoned catfish and sprouts. The sauce was also excellent and a great compliment to the main entree. The sprouts were also cooked very well. Crispy and full of flavor. Being from Tennessee and craving catfish doesn't always end very well. If you love catfish, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Luchals did not disappoint. I will be visiting this location again and look forward to another great experience. Thank you!

Reminiscent of a food court in your local mall. Wife got shrimp and grits. Bland even for her. I got catfish and fries and it was the same. Also had an order of Brussels sprouts with parmigiana which were burnt. Spent $50+ and then added a 20% tip for a total of near $60 dollars. Which hurt my soul.

I was really disappointed by my meal. I got cajum shrimp tacos... the sauce was just mayo with some basic Cajun seasoning. And each of my tacos had 3 sad pieces of lettuce under the shrimp. The tortillas were thick and not warmed. While the shrimp was cooked well, this rather boring combination didn't live up to the hype and was not worth the cost.
The mac and cheese was pretty good and a hood value.

The food was extremely salty, it's the only flavor I tasted.

The experience was awful. They only had one person working. He was trying to keep up with cooking and taking orders. That also resulted in him ignoring people standing in line to order. As we waited, online orders were rolling in and taking priority.

Do yourself a favor and try a different place.

If you’re craving soul food in Colorado Springs look no further. Food was seasoned very well, good portions, and outstanding customer service. I will be back next time I’m in the Springs.

I drove over an hour to try this place within coati food hall specifically. I'm from Georgia and I was excited to try the collard greens and grits. They were out of both ? So I ordered the catfish with Mac n chz instead. The Mac n chz was too wet for my liking but the catfish with that pink sauce was amazing. There was only one young gentleman working on a Thursday at noon. The food took longer than expected but at least it was fresh. I wasn't a fan of the vibes the gentleman was sending either. He had ear buds in when I approached the counter. I knew right away, I was an after thought. He seemed like he was more of a BOH person instead of FOH. Never smiled once. I felt like I annoyed him. Oh well, maybe he was just helping out. I read that this restaurant can be short staffed at times. I will come back and hopefully get to try their grits and collards next time!

Crusted Shrimp basket was good, not greasy, and seasoned well. A lot of items missing off the menu that limited the experience.

We reserved a spot for 20 that cost $50, got there and asked for appetizers that never came, received food that wasn’t right, every tab was charged a 20% fee when their service was terrible, was told by some random employee that, that was their policy while the owner sat back and watched her business fail. My advice would be to go get you some help in knowing how to sustain your business because just as quick as you went up, you’ll go down because of how you’re running things. Stop looking at instant gratification and look into sustainability. We won’t be back, nor will anyone in our party.
