I have never had Italian food that they put a mixture of hamburger and pork together and call it real Italian food. They put a log of Italian sausage on top of a manicotti dinner I ordered because I told them I'm use to Italian sausage not hamburger and port mixed together and it was so spicy hot I couldn't eat it. I ordered their chocolate cake to take home to eat and it had no flavor at all, no sugar was used to make it. I had one bite and threw it away.

This was an absolutely awful dining experience. The food was inedible, and I don’t mean to use that as any exaggeration. The soup was soggy and flavorless, we couldn’t eat either entree, and left very hungry. The wait staff was kind, but management was awful. The full meal was on the table when we received the check, which had the audacity to be more than the wine we drank. They removed one entree and seemed upset with us.The video is of the pasta. The manager told us olive oil is normally used in pasta…

Luigi's never never disappoints! The food is exceptional, the staff exemplary! A hidden gem on South Tejon! Love the Manicotti! The pizza is wonderful, 3 sizes available including 6". Daily dinner specials too.

Absolutely amazing!!! Definitely could tell the pasta is made in house and fresh. Sauce was remarkably delicious. We loved it so much that we ordered more spaghetti noodles to take back to Oklahoma with us so we could enjoy the leftover sauce.

Had dinner at Luigi‘s on a Saturday night for the first time. We had a 5:30 reservation and the place was pretty empty when we got there and packed when we left. The food was yummy, the service was great, and we loved the atmosphere. Very casual and inviting. I’ll definitely be back.

First time at Luigi's and man it was a place that I wanted to give a good review to. Thankfully it didn't disappoint. Sat at the bar and waited for a friend to arrive and had a glass of the house red which tasted good enough for my unrefined wine palette. Got seated pretty promptly and did wait for maybe 10 minutes for a server to finally greet us and honestly service was a bit slow through the entire evening which could have been an problem if the food wasn't so good. Started with the minestrone soup which I would say was the best minestrone soup I've had in town hot full of veggies and plenty flavorful. Garlic bread was pretty basic run of the mill and was good if not memorable. I ordered the chicken parm, chicken was thick and juicy and sauce was very good though I did taste a hint of raw onion in it which was a little weird but still good. Side of pasta with the house meat sauce on the side was delicious as well. My friend had the lasagna was tasted great as well and I couldn't imagine anyone being disappointed with it. Ambiance is very old school Italian as everyone points out and it really takes you back to a simpler time. I highly recommend a visit.
