We come to lulus all the time and have never had a bad experience until today. The girl who was working was extremely rude and inattentive to her customers. There was literally a store full of people and she would disappear into the back leaving people waiting and wondering who was even working here and at one point people are walking to the back to look for her so they can pay for their frozen yogurt. She did this numerous times to other people while we were sitting there eating. Definitely regret leaving her a tip smh

I was super excited they had a peanut butter flavor, but I couldn't taste the peanut butter at all. I mixed it with chocolate flavor, and that didn't seem chocolatey. It's good, just can't really distinguish the flavors. My hubby said the same. HUGE toppings bar! Kiddo loved the brownie bites.

The toppings were very fresh and the place was very clean. We visited on a slow day, and the employee kept disappearing in the back, even when customers came in the front door, but still 5-stars!
