Excellent food, service, and ambience. Celebrated a milestone birthday and it was perfect.

Susan was an excellent server - very attentive, thorough, and accurate. Always love the atmosphere. Quality of the food is superb.

Incredible service as soon as we entered the door. They read our reservation notes and ensured our birthday celebration was special. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and the food was incredible.

The wedge salad isn't as good as it used to be. The dressing is very thin, the blue cheese crumbles were dry, and some of the lettuce was brown.

We celebrated our anniversary at MCH last weekend. Both the food and staff were great. I highly recommend the spicy shrimp as an appetizer, the cheddar mashed potatoes as your side dish, and the apple streusel for dessert. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and drinks always full. Top notch!

We were seated at a small table at the back of the restaurant that felt somewhat like it was in the hall. It was a bad location for noise as we got it from both sides of the room. We had 5:45 reservations on a Saturday, and the restaurant was busy, which equated to noisy. While overall, the experience was okay, there were a couple of things off besides the bad table. The bread was overbaked and my salad was served on a warm plate but my entree was served on a cold plate. I ordered the salmon, which was served on a bed of orzo with asparagus. Although the salmon came out piping hot and perfectly cooked, due to the cold plate, the orzo was barely warm. My husband's plate was the same. Even though the temperatures were off, the food was still good. We had the chocolate spoon cake for dessert. While it wasn't what I expected as a spoon cake, it was delicious. Both of our drinks were very good. I had a lemon drop martini and my husband had an old fashioned. It's an expensive place to dine out, so I don't know that we'll be back due to the few things that were off. If I am going to spend that much money, I would prefer a quieter experience and more attention to details.

We decided to dine here based on some high recommendations from friends regarding their steaks, unfortunately I was extremely underwhelmed with my cowboy cut ribeye. I ordered it medium rare, Oscar style, and I received an under seasoned, tough/chewy, and slightly overcooked (medium) steak lacking any sear. I'd be willing to admit that any sear turned soggy from the bearnaise but can't excuse the complete lack of seasoning and tough cut of meat. Hopefully I just caught them on a bad night because Mackenzie's was so highly recommended. Fortunately, all of the other factors of our experience were incredible. Our server was very attentive and welcoming, the desserts and other dishes were delicious, but if a steakhouse can't put out a better steak than I cook at home, does anything else really matter?

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food was tremendous and the service was great.

Everything was great from start to finish. The quality of the food was exceptional as always! Thank you!

Steak came out under cooked to our ordered temperature twice. The sides were excellent and the service was great. I would give it a try again and change my order from medium to medium well.

Setting was nice and service was good. Steaks were not very good, similar to cheap steak houses (Texas Roadhouse, Lonestar, Saltgrass, etc...) Our steaks came out relatively cold like been sitting for awhile and nothing special.

My nephew and I went there to celebrate his getting a new job and we were pleasantly surprised at the service, food, and everything about the place. While it was on the expensive side, I believe it was worth it as the food was amazing. Everyone who attended us was very nice and professional at the same time. We really enjoyed the whole experience and will go back again for special events. The drinks were also very good!

My son steak was tough, prime rib was tough, potatoes were cold and the shrimp scampi barely had any tiny shrimp in it and tasted like lemon juice.
