Macos Tacos Food Truck

Went to get some local street tacos on a Sunday around 1 and they were closed. No special holiday or posted note nothing. Then there was a worker I’d assume in there and just glared at me and wouldn’t serve, because they weren’t “open”

Amazing food. We are not locals but drive by to this truck to grab lunch! We were amazed at the quality & taste of the food. Well worth it!!

service was great, we each had a smothered pork burrito which was enough for two people. We also ordered a dozen tamales to go...

This is the best taco truck ever. Super flavorful, great prices, truly delicious. They're so good, I'm giving them five stars even though they often run out of ingredients and aren't always open during their business hours. I've been there three separate times when they should have been open, but were not. I now regard this truck as a magical Mexican unicorn. Not the easiest to find, but you won't be complaining once you encounter it.

The worst beef tacos I've ever eaten. Dry and fatty meat, I don't even think sour cream would've helped the flavor.. Wouldn't recommend

This place deserves a 5 star. Not only is the owner awesome and extremely helpful in ordering but his food is amazing. Skip the fast food joints, wait a few minutes and have macos tacos make you genuinely good Mexican tacos. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been on the search for a new go-to taco spot in COS & I’m glad I’ve found it! Just finished my food & ran to google. Chicken tacos were extra full, tamales were moist with lots of meat & both salsas had excellent flavor. Absolutely worth stopping in!!
