No where on online ordering does it state no 50 dollar bills our order was $52.01 and had to leave and get change because they wouldn't take a fifty dollar Bill will never return to restaurant again . I will spend my 50 somewhere

Called on Thursday and placed an order for a large pepperoni & ham pizza with extra sauce. They put so much sauce on the pizza that the dough wasn’t even done. Then the girl was acting like she was slow that was on the phone. I walk in, and only one person greeted me. Y’all gotta do better as far as customer service. Get that white girl off the phone stuttering like she on crack. Jarret is better.

The pizza is great. The people are not so great. Good luck if you ever need help, you will get nothing but rude attitudes as if you are wasting their time.

I earned the $10 off reward and had a free cheese bread coupon but for some reason my loyalty rewards are zero?? I have the emails to confirm the rewards but when I put the numbers in it says the reward is invalid. What happened to my Marco's account?? Tried to call the corporate number but only get an answering machine. Can someone please help? :-(

Finished my son's baseball game at 9:23pm. Called Marcos Pizza. Only to be hung up on a few times before trying to order off the website. After selecting items to order, I am greeted with a prompt that states they are no longer taking online orders for carry out, please call the store to order. I then called the store back at 9:36. The General Manager answers, but she refuses to take my order stating the store is now closed. Mind you, Yelp states they are open until 11pm, and Google and the Marcos pizza website state they are open until 10 pm. The General Manager tells me they stop taking orders at 9:30. I asked her point blank, so you are refusing to take my order at 9:36 pm. She responded yes we have been doing it this way for the past six years." When asked if I could schedule a time to speak to the regional director or her supervisor to understand the logic of refusing to take carry out orders 30 minutes before as other Marcos pizza locations do not have the same policy. She stated that some stores stop orders 15 minutes early. The general manager then hung up on me and refused to provide me with her supervisor contact information. Ended up ordering pizza from Pizza Hut... Much better customer service, by the way.

I don't understand how the store is 8 minutes away says 67 minute wait been almost 2 hours now and tracking just says prepping which it has said for the last hour and a half. I for real don't even want the pizza anymore. I know it's going to be cold. The estimated delivery time never changed. Still waiting.
