Marco's Pizza - Northwest COS

I ordered a white cheesy tonight and was so excited to eat, only to be met with the aroma of spoiled meat when I went to take a bite! How old does bacon have to be to go bad?? Ugh. Ruined my whole pizza and evening! This location needs quality control.

Ordered for 6:15 pickup at 2 pm! Arrived at 6:13 and they seemed to be scrambling. Had me waiting till almost 7 when he boxed it up. He did apologize but that's it?? Thanks. Also you all should wear gloves handling our food.

Good pizza. Lousy service. Tried to order via the phone and was on hold so long I was able to drive down and order in person... Drew attention to the fact I was still on hold and was told that it was someone else's problem.

In their defense they did answer before the pizza was ready, at which point I got no reaction before he continued his work.

I have ordered twice now through Door dash and both pizzas were delicious. I have eaten pizzas throughout town and so far Marcos is the best.

On 4/11/25 at 6p.m. I asked about the special being advertised on TV. Staff was less than helpful. I was told that there was no special. I went ahead and ordered a pepperoni pizza, large. There was no where near the amount of pepperoni that was shown on TV. Barely one pepperoni per piece. It felt like I was eating a cheese pizza. I won't be back. The order was taken by Ryan.

This has been our go-to pizza place for about half a year, but after our recent experience last weekend we likely won’t be back. We ordered 3 pizzas for pickup, and when we got home we found that one of the pizzas had been made as the wrong pizza (instead of a flat crust veggie with spinach added, we received a flat crust deluxe which the vegetarians could not eat). We called to see what could be done because we weren’t able to come back to the shop and the person told us nothing could be done unless we came back to exchange the pizza. We had to improvise for the vegetarians. We also found that the flat crust was tasteless, and on the BBQ chicken pizza we ordered the sauce had been very unevenly distributed, with pools of it concentrated mostly on one side of the pizza.

I chose contactless delivery. I put a chair out for the pizza. The delivery driver put the pizzas on the floor of the hallway of my apartment. Gross & ruined my night

I called my order ahead.
Asked for the specials.
The guy told me what they had. I asked about a certain one, and he said they weren't doing it anymore.
Fine. I ordered anyway.
They said 15 minutes and I got there in 14.
Told the person at the counter my order name. I asked about the special as there was a poster of it on the wall, and she said it was still a good offer. Ugh.
She brought my pizzas. I noticed that the salad wasn't prepared, so she went in the back to make me one.
I got home and realized that they forgot my dipping sauces as well and she made me the wrong salad entirely. Wrong dressing too.
The large pizza that I had ordered was cold and dry. I'm hoping that I don't get sick. It seemed old.
The second pizza was good.
But both pizzas were cut into really narrow slices and they weren't cut all he way through.
It's weird.
She was nice and all but too many things were wrong with this order.
Normally, I go to the one on briargate, which is clean, more organized and fast.
I don't know how the pizza there is superior, but this Marcos needs to go take notes.

I love the pizza here. This is more of a gourmet restaurant/home style pizza than run of the mill pizza outlets. Pricing may be slightly more but worth it if you appreciate good pizza. Made specifically to your choosing without a lot of grease, or over filling pizza dough. The locations I have been to don't offer dine in and I always get take out. Never got there and had to wait

Nice place, some really good pizza!

I hate even writing this because the guy was super nice that helped us but this is seriously the nastiest driest deluxe pizza I’ve ever had from Marcos. The toppings were put only in the middle of the pizza like they forgot to add the other toppings and there was no sauce (ewww). The cheese was so bunched up and so hard from not cooking all the way. I get it’s Christmas time and it’s busy but this is seriously unacceptable, I totally get mistakes but after being a food service worker myself if I wouldn’t give this to my family or make it this way for myself I would never give it to a customer this way.

We really liked the pizza and wings from this shop! It's definitely going to be one of our go-to places. We did carryout so I don't know what it's like eating there.
