When I say the hotel dog was on point, it was on point. I never had a Chicago style hot dog with cucumber on it. This complimented all the other flavors well. Trying to decide whether to get me another one for later as I am just traveling though.

Renée and team serve up the vest hot dogs. They win Best of Colorado Springs year and it's well deserved.

A genuine, old school hot dog joint. Love the red chili, raw onions, and kraut on mine. And they found my wallet that I dropped in their parking lot! Yahoo!

This place rules! The owner can be a little saucy but don't take it personal because she's awesome. The food is delicious and tastes just like Chicago. I try and go there anytime I'm on that side of town.

Listen, there are few places where you can get a hot dog or polish with this kind of charm and service. I love this place and the people who work here make it the 5 star place that it is. I will absolutely return.

I'm from Chicago, I love and miss Italian beefs. The beef was great, but it cost $25 for a beef and a medium coke. If the prices were more reasonable, I would give five stars. I understand things are more expensive now, but $25 for a beef this size and a coke is insane.

Not gonna talk about customer service. The Italian beef and chili dog were excellent, that's good enough.

Im sure the ladies came off rude due to the tone of her voice. I felt rushed. I ordered the Italian beef sandwich, and the first thing she said was, it doesn't taste like Chicago because they use a different bread.

I asked for lightly dipped, and it was very soggy. I asked for napkins and was told that one was in the bag, but she gave me another (1). She picked it up with her wet fingers, so it was already soiled and unusable. I also ordered fries that were just shoestring fried. At least they were hot.

I paid almost $22 for this meal. I almost walked out when she told me the total, but I didn't because I'd been craving one for months. Someone needs to update the menu prices on the website. The sandwi e on the site was $8.95, but $14.95 in the store. Im not even sure about the pri e of the fries.

The fries were nice and hot, and the sandwi h was flavorless and soggy. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I will not return or recommend.
