STAY AWAY. I was the victim of a gang of teenagers vandalizing my vehicle on this property today. I made management aware of the problem and asked them to intervene- and after further possible criminal acts were discovered and reported, management did literally nothing while a gang of upwards of 2 dozen high school delinquents surrounded me and my property ON THE PREMISES. I had to call 911 and survive upwards of 2 hours in this scenario… only for a young manager who clearly knows these punks come out and yell at me, asking me to leave.
I spoke with school administrators at Palmer High and even they are aware of the permissive environment provided by management for this kind of criminal behavior.
I won’t just be taking my business elsewhere- I’m contacting an attorney and suing. Stay away from this place if you value your property and your safety.
Kid-friendliness: This is absolutely no place to bring your children.

The staff don't care about what they put out to the paying customer specially drive through they figure by the time you drive off and get to were your going your not going to come back for a 6.00 dollar meal burger is old fries are cold nuggets are dry a damn shame. But let one of there families or friends come through oh my goodness fresh order fries are hot just the right salt burger the bun is fresh the cheese is melted they get the hook up oh well. I rather save my money and when I'm in the neighborhood of in and out with out hesitation everything is fresh and Price is good they need one down town late dog

Terrible, 5 times I've been to McDonald's that the milkshake machine "not working". Mother got out of hospital and all she wanted was a choc shake and big mac. Then they had me pull up to door where 2 homeless men are standing 2 feet from my car smoking. I went to Wendy's

Has always been a terrible establishment, but tonight everything says they're open til 9 but waiting at the kiosk from 7:30 to 8 determined that was a lie. After I had already placed a mobile order. Can't even leave a note to tell patrons they aren't open.

This location is very unprofessional. I came inside this morning to order Breakfast and it just so happens I had to use the Restroom first after walking from my car breaking down. Already having a bad morning I waited for the Employee who was cleaning the Restroom to finish. He just snapped at me and I told him professionally that I had to use the Restroom real fast and I was. Then the Manager of the Store yells at me for no reason while I'm in the stall. I didn't do anything wrong, when you have to go you have to go. I went to confront the Manager of the store and tell her my side of the story but she just ignored me. She is very unprofessional and I don't appreciate being treated unprofessionally. I have been a loyal customer at this location for a while. I have many receipts to prove it. I told the Manager of the store that she lost me as a customer forever and I will let my Military Buddies know of this unprofessional experience and we will never come back. You should never judge a book by its cover, I'm a Mechanic. The Employee cleaning the Restroom was also very unprofessional by going off on me. I was waiting nicely and he did not like me waiting. I'm a Disabled American Veteran and a Retired Firefighter. This experience was not ok at all.

I have never had a fresh batch of fries here. They're always stale like they've been sitting under the heat for hours, they no longer sale salads since Covid and the customer service is hit or miss, they're usually talking to to each other at the window (not training, but joking around) and don't even greet you, which I prefer over someone being grumpy which is kind of the regular customer service I get. I prefer to go out of my way and go to the farther Mc Donald's 10 min away than go here.
Consistently receive old food that has been redropped into the fryer in an attempt to hide the fact that it is well past its discard time at this location. Today I received a mix bag of some food that was very obviously fresh and the rest that was VERY obviously old and "reheated". This place needs to go.
