My order was correct but it wasn't hot. I could tell that the Chicken McNuggets were not fresh and my McChicken Sandwich was the same. Their burgers, Quarter Pounder notwithstanding, are almost always cold. Sitting in a warmer does not make a product fresh, nor does it feel as hot in the mouth as a freshly cooked burger. This is endemic of most fast food places (Five Guys gets a nod here). Make fresh food and your customers will notice. 3 stars due to good service and a correct order.

Horrible service took daughter in play area food never came went up to find it just sitting on front counter Cold drink melted. Asked for a tray oh we are out. They did replace the drink after I asked. It was set for a table number we was in the play area dirty as all. Very unprofessional people trash all over trays on trash very unclean

Always takes about an hour to get my food to the driver on delivery and no matter what time you order the fries and nuggets will be stake and gross. I think they hired a new worse manager because they used to be good but recently they have been consistently terrible

Ya know. I left a previous bad review, but I’ve been back a few times since then and I changed my mind. It’s McDonalds, you aren’t going to get great food. The service though, is excellent. The staff are very cool, and polite. They are some of the nicest staff I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s. That’s why the 5 stars

My Dad wanted to get one of those new Spicy Sausage Egg Mcmuffin for breakfast, so we both went earlier this morning and got 2 each for both of us and were 4 total. McDonald's only charged us for 1 since the very top of the receipt said PROMO. We found this was one of the participating McDonald's locations that's selling the new Spicy Sausage Egg Mcmuffin also. We both liked those new Spicy Sausage Egg Mcmuffins. They were really good and tasted delicious.

The atmosphere is always off, but the food is good and the service is actually really good.
I am a door dash driver, and proceeded to try to go inside first, as whenever I go through the drive-thru first, they tell me to go inside for doordash pickups. I was walking to the door, realizing that the lobby was open as there were customers in the lobby ordering food. I then was yelled at in a very rude tone through the drive-thru window saying that they were closed. How was the lobby closed if people were still inside, and walking in and out?! I went ahead through the drive-thru, waited for the longest possible time to hand me the order, and then slammed the window. Completely unprofessional, and rude.

Parking: Can't see the sign from the drive thru whatsoever! Can't tell what drinks they have either. The sign is turned away from the drivethru... Very annoying
