I am a door dash driver, and proceeded to try to go inside first, as whenever I go through the drive-thru first, they tell me to go inside for doordash pickups. I was walking to the door, realizing that the lobby was open as there were customers in the lobby ordering food. I then was yelled at in a very rude tone through the drive-thru window saying that they were closed. How was the lobby closed if people were still inside, and walking in and out?! I went ahead through the drive-thru, waited for the longest possible time to hand me the order, and then slammed the window. Completely unprofessional, and rude.

Parking: Can't see the sign from the drive thru whatsoever! Can't tell what drinks they have either. The sign is turned away from the drivethru... Very annoying

Unacceptably poor service. I've tried this place a few times, and they never get it right. I've been stuck in the drive thru because they didn't know how to take orders, I've been stuck in the drive thru because they just weren't filling basic orders very quickly, I've been given the wrong order, and even at their best, there's always something missing.

Have ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle twice now and have been given just sausage both times. It's getting tiring. Especially after how much I'm being charged for the egg and cheese.
The atmosphere is always off, but the food is good and the service is actually really good.
