Terrible service!!!! We were waiting 40 minutes for two spicy chicken and an apple pie, they only hire irresponsible children, who apart from taking so long for such a small order, have a very unpleasant attitude!!!

Drive the extra 10 mins and go to a different McDonald’s.. Worst customer service ever. Almost every table was filthy with basically no customers inside or in drive thru. Ordered table service, and no one brought it to the table. 20 minutes later I walked up to see if it was ready and they had just set it at the front.. but there were about 10 employees just standing around behind the counter doing nothing. Why offer table service if you’re too lazy to bring it out. Food was cold and stale. Maybe from sitting around or maybe it was always cold, who knows. Crappy experience. Waste of money

Very clean store. The people that work there hardly will ask if you need help, much less even look at you. But I get it, I work in fast food, they were pretty busy. We waited about 10 or so minutes for 2 burgers and a fry.

I am a Door Dasher, I arrived fine minutes earlier than the expected pick up time. I stood waiting (as there was not a single person at the counter) for over ten minutes. Then, once an irritated looking young woman finally came to see what I wanted, I further waited for about 20 minutes.The lobby was empty save for two younger ladies, whom arrived and ordered about seven minutes after I got there.During this time the phone rang seven times, though I am unsure whether it was actually answered.Furthermore, there was a younger man walking back and forth between the deep fryer and flat top sides. He kept repeating that he was a manager, and talking about how his job was to train them. (His fellow employees around him.)He did this, quite literally, the entire time I was there. And did nothing but talk, and walk.It's a fast food restaurant, I've worked in several, I don't expect fracking perfection. But, seriously? ?(Food is neutral, and it was not for me so I didn't touch it. Service was for the fact that the woman who handled my pickup was obviously trying hard not to let her annoyance boil over to me. Atmosphere is self explanatory. Overall rating is for the fact that what occurred in back was allowed to occur, it's open view and easy to hear as well. Just like most fast food joints)

Went there as a special treat to my family because we don't eat out all the time, just because of how expensive fast food is getting these days. Got four McDoubles, One Big Mac, two large fries and a large Coke and sprite. After getting the wrong meal at first, I handed it back to the window attendant and they give me a look. Then after I finally got the right bag, I reach into the bag to make sure everything is right, one of my McDoubles wasn't even wrapped properly and it looked like somebody punched the burger. Sorry I didn't grab a picture of it I was mad and walked back in and asked for a new one. As I'm walking back in there's nine people inside working, I asked for a new McDouble and they all look at me puzzled. I showed them the burger she grabbed it out of my hands and told the cook to get a new one. After getting home this is what I came to, I asked for a big mac. Not a double stacked bun. Like who even eats a double piece of bread with nothing in between.This has got to be the worst fast-food restaurant within four blocks. Burger King does better and they take forever, at least the wait is for well made food, what ever they're trying to pass this off as...If you read this stay well away from this establishment. I can't believe I spent 36 dollars for this kind of service.Don't worry guys I'll just ditch the third bun for what passes as a mcdouble just 3 times the price ?

This has to be the worst customer experience out of all of their locations. Worst management. You got employees or management yelling at each other. Giving you a dirty look when they give you your food. These people need to learn from Chick-fil-A how to run a restaurant. A bunch of losers at this location.

Late night drive through. This used to be my favorite Macdonalds. 4 times now I've been shorted a sandwich I paid for. I've been over charged on specials the worker was too lazy to fix, and told to deal with it next week when maybe a manager would be in. REALLY. And they seem to have forgotten how to make a basic cheese burger. Mcfish or big macs also have dressing dripping off sides etc.. so on my late light way home brands x y and z get a chance for my money now. Shameful.

Every time I go to this location, it looks to be ran by High Schoolers who have ear buds in 24/7 and doesn't care that a customer stands at the cashier area waiting to be helped. Half of the workers are wearing no McDonalds clothing attire, they wear bad language clothing and inappropriate pictures on clothing. Also no one I guess wears hair netting when prepping food anymore. Food is 50/50 depending on which day. I always see the workers arguing with fowl language not caring that a Customer is listening and watching. This place needs to be shut down and reopened with better workers who care.
