Whenever I’m in the drive thru they just pull people around even if there are no spots left and if I ordered ahead, this shouldn’t be a thing. They asked me to pull into a handicapped spot but those spots are already taken and another car is blocking them from getting out. This isn’t acceptable for a corporation like this. they should be ready for people and not overcrowding the spaces in their parking lot. Drive time doesn’t matter when your customers probably won’t even get their food.

Don’t go here... went to get a snack for my birthday and at the bottom of the fries was a fried FLY. I know it summer time and flys are out but please, watch what you’re serving people.

Repeated attempts at the drive through have been unsuccessful. Whoever is operating the speaker system to take your order either is with slurred speech or has no clue regarding the menu. Terrible customer service. I enjoy some of the food items they offer, but the customer service is VERY lacking!

Workers at this McDonald's ignore you when you ask for service. I was in the drive thru picking up a doordash order, and I was trying to ask the worker a question. However she ignored me even though I was clear and she heard me instead of listening to my inquiry she closed and locked the window. Incredibly unprofessional behavior from this McDonald's go to a different location if you want good service.

I've been coming for months collecting the toys with my kids making it fun. The manager has been amazing but the general manager has made it impossible for them to help me or participate she threw a fit was rude and then told me false information. I didn't argue nor raise my voice or really say anything as she still processed to rant. Won't ever come here again. I know I ain't shit but I spent Hella money here and won't ever again. Her name is Ericka the general manager that threw a fit. Matt was amazing and helpful and unfortunately the manager im talking about im not sure her name.

Double check ur order before u leave!
Ordered thru the app, requested no onions (hate slivers) and also asked for ranch. Had to pull up to wait for fresh meat, totally fine, asked for ranch at the window before pulling off. Waited, got my food, she READ out the receipt, and my meal was unfortunately still wrong lol. Not a huge thing, but no ranch, ok, sure, BUT no ranch and also nasty little onion slivers with no time to return to the store on my lunch break was a bit of a bummer. Overall, not the end of the world tho.

Ordered a simple meal. Bacon quarter with a coke. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through parking for "fresh fries". Fries weren't fresh. This is not the only McDonalds this happens at. Its McDonalds I'm not expecting quality, there should be 20 patties in a warming tray and soggy fries in the hopper at all times.
