Was there last nite in drive-thru. Ordered 2 quarterpounders. Got charged 4 both. Only got 1. Sucks
Terrible. We ordered and the person in the drive thru got mad when we ordered honey for a dipping sauce. He started talking crap about us with the microphone on. Then our food was burned and we didn’t even get the honey anyway, they gave us honey mustard. I have never experienced such awful service anywhere.
This location is beyond terrible in customer service and wait times. I’m finally leaving this review after the 3rd time of waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru...and not due to a tremendous amount of customers. They routinely refuse to use the waiting spots for delayed drive thru orders and I’ve asked each time why they won’t use them to service customers with shorter/ready orders and each time, they will not answer, they just say I’m sorry for your wait.
