The store's cleanliness could be improved. Furthermore, the manager's interpersonal skills appeared to be lacking. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with bacon, but I received my sandwich without bacon. The sandwich also contained an insufficient amount of pickles and an excessive amount of onions. It is unfortunate to observe the current state of service quality within the industry.

I come here often after work. Working downtown as a cook I get off late. Charles ALWAYS greets me with the biggest smile and best attitude. Honestly he’s the reason I come here. I worked McDonald’s for 6 years on Platte and Murray. His customer service is great. I hear him greet me over the intercom and it brings a smile to my face. He greets every customer with a smile you can hear over the machine and I think that’s important.

Its a good mcdonalds. They do make a few mistakes like forgetting about me while in the parking spot waiting for my food. But they are quick to fix it and make it right. And are always fast and apologetic.

Guy was nice about the fact that they're only doordash after midnight. They might want to change their hours on Google to reflect that they aren't 24 hours on their drive-thru anymore.

Fries have not been cooked the last 3 visits. Finally i went in and asked for better cooked fried as mine were semi soggy and cold and white. Yall know what im talking about regarding the color. Manager was a rude and doesn’t deserve to be in customer service. I was quiet and timid about the entire interaction and still treated poorly for wanting cooked fries when spending over $50. She did give me new ones after attitude. But look at these “cooked” fries

I've only been at this location by going through the drive-thru but the staff are always amazing and extremely quick and professional. I didn't even know that they buy one and get one for $1 was a deal but they informed me so I did it and it's a great deal. I visited New Mexico recently and the deal doesn't even exist there. Two sausage burritos and a small coffee cost me over $10 in NM so I love it. I will be coming back

I don't know how you keep missing 80% of an Uber order, and then keep saying Uber needs to be called when they cannot even look in the bags. If you don't take it seriously, stop using Uber, because we can't get refunds on delivery fees not to mention you are creating a nightmare.
