The customer service needs some serious attention...I went in early in the morning, before six, while I was waiting on a business in the same parking lot to open. There was one couple in the store, and they received their food as I waswaiting in line. I stood there waiting to order for several minutes, while the employees did everything except take my order. To be fair, this Mcdonalds did offer the option to place your order ahead of time using the app, but that is standard. My point is they also offer the option to walk in and place your order at the counter. For whatever reason I was standing at the register, clearly waiting for someone to help me. I was in a hurry, and the store was virtually empty, so I was frustrated when I stood there for nearly ten minutes before any of the crew even acknowledged me, let alone took my order. I've worked at McDonald's before and it's standard procedure to make the customers the number one priority. Other than this everything was wonderful. The food was hot and delicious, the girl that finally took my order was nice enough, and I received part of my order for free by using the app, however the time it took to place my order was unacceptable. Hopefully they do better next time.

My girlfriend and I went through the drive through around 10:30pm to 11:00pm last night 03-19-24 I went to bed and was woken at 3:00am up vomiting and pooping due to Products being expired. The frys were stall and over all everything was not good. THIS IS NOT OKAY ?

We waited for 15 minutes in the drivethru line only for 2 cars that got in the line after us to have their order taken before us. If you’re going to have 2 lanes for orders, take them in order. Extremely frustrating. We ended up leaving without even getting food. Do better Mcdonalds.

This location is hit or miss a lot. They often don't give sauces like I ask and with doordash delivery, it's always wrong. Better check your orders!
Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins without anyone acknowledging us and then they let the person in the other drive thru lane order first even though we had been there a good 5 mins before them. Ridiculous

Don't go here, seriously like they always get the orders mixed up, they don't get the deals right and the workers are always high or not with it. Go to a different location. I'm sure they'll get closed soon.
