Every time I come here they mess up my order or leave me sitting waiting to order for minutes while they assist whoever comes through the second lane. Hate this place. Today I ordered a buy one get one for $1 and only got one of my items and this is the second time it’s happened. Only even eat fast food when I’m in a crunch and coming here just makes the day worse, not easier.

Honestly the best tasting McDonalds I've ever had, and I don't even like it normally. The service was decent, but my beef is with the new (table tent) system. Those tents need to be cleaned just as much as the tables! They have more hands on them then anything in the place.

I have lived in the same area my whole life and i have seen this mcdonald's slowly get worse and worse. Nothing ever tastes fresh, they can never get the simplest orders right, and the staff either cant speak english or is just plain stupid.

Been thru this location multiple times as it’s closest to my home. I can guarantee something will be wrong every time I go thru. This time the person on speaker sighed when I ordered a burger with special sauce added, they gave me a Dr Pepper instead of Diet Coke and they put some nasty spicy sauce on my burger instead of Mac sauce. All this on an order for one meal. Ridiculously run location. Go to Monument.

Was told last night they don’t sell shakes ! ? and asked them why they said the machines had been broken 4 to 5 months? lol well get it fix ! I want a McDonald’s milkshake!!!!!

Yes I'll leave a review here. Your usual Macdonalds and Macdonalds food. No playground here, which was a bummer. I used the touchscreen robot to order which was easy to use. Can customize your orders to your liking. The bathroom doesn't have a keypad so you don't have to ask for entry to use the facilities. Staff were nice and the food was brought out quickly. A great grab and go experience.

Used to be fine like 5 years ago. Now I'd rather drive all the way to Castle Rock or CO springs if I'm getting mc Donald's, but I usually settle for the competition instead. Always cold or stale food here and it costs twice as much now... Hard pass!
