For some reason this location constantly gets orders wrong, they take forever to get the food out to you (i waited almost 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger and fries) and the sodas are routinely 2/3 full and the other 1/3 is dripping down the sides of the cup.

This McDonald's Is my main Fast food Joint. They are always kind and have things/ Your meal ready to go. I like using the mobile app. Personally. But I also believe you are kind of dumn, if you have not yet downloaded the McDonald's app. I get free stuff and Deals everyday. Call me a McDonald's fanatic but 🤷♂️ whatves that's just my opinion. Anyways my main point was, this is the best McDonald's in town and I always go out of my way just to get my food from this Location. So Download the app. Seriously your missing out if you have not yet used or Downloaded it. Last but not least, I Highly recommend this McDonald's out of any in the Great Colorado Springs!💯💯💯👌👌✌️✌️🤙🤙🤙😁😁😁😁

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. My friends and I went to the voyager location and the three of us put in separate mobile orders. And it’s Jeremy’s fault. Upon pulling up to the drive thru and staying we had three mobile orders, Jeremy informed us he could only do two orders per car. We were confused as this has never been an issue before. We were told we needed to drive back around the drive thru to pick up our third order. We got the first two orders and Jeremy essentially threw the orders into the car and slammed the window closed on us. We had to drive back around to pick up the third order and in that time, we discovered that one of the burgers from the first two orders was wrong. Once we got back up to the drive thru and got our third order, we informed him that one of the burgers was missing onions, Jeremy proceeded to tell us they don’t sell onions. Jeremy seems to need a new personality and more training in customer service and satisfaction.

I would give a lower star review if I could, the guy at the window, Jeremy, was being the worst. After essentially throwing the food into the car, I told him how my food was made wrong, so he told me “that’s too bad” and then shut the window in my face before I could respond. Jeremy has ruined the whole experience, and I’m not lovin it. I don’t understand how he is still employed there

PLAY PLACE is a hidden SECRET FORT.. look and you will find a HUGE play place by McDonalds standards these days.. BIG breakfast was yummae.. perfect hash brown, biscuit, sausage and pancakes.. eggs were a little undone but went down just fine :D GRANDSON & i played through breakfast until lunch :D OH, IT HAS 3 COMPUTERS LOADED WITH GAMES TOO.. and Coloring Station..
The restaurant had a weird smell to is and they forgot a few things in our order, but the employee we talked to was very courteous and apologetic about the order errors.

we went through the drive thru and the woman that took our order was very snappy and rude when we got to the first window that same woman didn’t give us our change back it was $4.56 she just gave us the coins and slammed the window shut when we got to the second window we let them know we didn’t get all of our change and the manager came snatched the receipt out of our hands and came back 10 minutes later and said you got you’re change she’s never messed up or miscounted before we said check the cameras he said he can’t do that he can’t do anything so she just stole our money and the manager is ok with that

Waited 48 min for my order. Watched the manager be rude to another customer who was waiting for his order. Then Heather customer walked in, was waiting for the manager to come take his order and even called out to the manager several times the manager did not even acknowledge him so eventually, the guy walked out. I have watched DoorDash come and go more than once while I've waited for my order I hope it's hot when I get it.
