This place never gets my order right...This is the last time we will go here ....they make way to much money to mess up every order. I won't pay thier prices for half ass service..

Elizabeth made sure I was compensated as the other workers there couldn't do a simple meal. I shouldn't have to double-check my meal, but I appreciated the compensation nonetheless.

I’ve had a lot of problems that I usually let slide cause I’m not too picky and pretty forgiving as I worked at McDonald’s before and understand how demanding it is but time and time again this location has messed up my food. So much that this was the final straw, I KNOW that you guys follow a color sheet of if stuff is undercooked or over cooked to not serve it “The Golden Standard” as you call it. So why is it that I have this burnt 🍑 McGriddle bread knowing it should have been wasted? Haven’t ate here in months but decided to give it another shot since it was on my way home, will be my last time.
How do I order 2 hamburgers the exact same way and they come out the exact opposite? Very incompetent! Feel bad for our future.

Went to take my children to eat, dined in. After receiving our food, I realized I forgot to get a water cup for my 1 year old. I go up, wait in line and ask the manager Angelica for a water cup. She looks me straight in my face and says no and walks away to help other customers. Once I say it's for my 1 year old, she throws attitude about handing me a cup. If teenagers want to be a "manager" for any company, they need to learn how to have decent customer service skills.

Update from a 3 star review I left a few years ago. They’ve came a long way.
Inedible food cold, old, rock solid…they make me park every time even if it’s just drinks. Forgot my soda and straws for my kid.
Tried calling no answer. Got attitude while at the store. I don’t want to drive back. Won’t go to this location ever again

40 mins in Drive-Thru for cold food and my order to be messed up, didnt bother to come back and get it fixed cause theyd probably mess that up to. My burger was missing its bacon, how do you forget 3 strips 😂 y'all are laughable.
