Stunningly useless. Order was sent out incomplete, call to store resulted in an offer of a remake. Im passing through on my way back to Monument to meet my family for a movie in Jackson creek. Won't be around for a while. Now I need to purchase MORE food. No offer of door dashing or transferring order to a closer location. Nothing. Just rigid insistence on this being the only option, despite it's unacceptability. I'm not even sure they got my name right, very clearly just an inconvenience.

I doordash food and everything was good ip until i took a drink of my coke and came up the straw, and there was a whole lot in my drink.

The customer service at this location is subpar
As a DoorDash driver, twice I've been sent to this McDonald's to pick-up orders for customers. Both times McDonald's caused the order to be undelivered. The first time they didn't have a shake or the apple pies that a customer ordered. The second time they had given the order to a customer before me. Then they wouldn't remake the order for my customer. Both times the store employee was rude, unhelpful, and totally did not care. Do yourself a favor and go across the street and order from Whataburger or In-N-Out Burger. You'll be happy you did.

WORST RAN MACDONALDS I HAVE EVER VISITED!!!! RUDE NIHHT SHIFT MANAGER HAS ZERO CONCEPT OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. !!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS THIEVING LOCATION!!!!! I stop at this location several nights a week for lunch while i'm working. Every single time I make my order on the app.I add extra onions which it charges me additionally.Every time. So please tell me how almost every time that I pick up my order that clearly has on the reciept and the custom order tags that are still on the burgers that say extra onions.Yet there's absolutely no onions?????? You charging me for something And continually not giving it to me is theft!!!!! How do orders that come up on a screen?That's a extra onions.Translate to the workers that store no onions when they see it charges me??? I will not return to this location as this has happened way too many times!!! How are you gonna raise all your prices?And then literally rob your customers by not giving them what they have to pay extra for???? Your shift manager who wants to threaten customers reminds me why this is the worst location ever!!! This location should be truly ashamed of how they serve and deal with thier paying customers!!

Been coming here for a while, but lately the staff interactions have been… interesting. Today’s excuse for why the ice cream machine wasn’t working? “We have to warm it up so it can pour out cold ice cream.”
Yep. You read that right. Warming up a broken ice cream machine… to make it cold. Honestly, I’ve heard a lot of excuses, but this one deserves its own award.

Pulled up to the drive thru and was told to wait a minute. Turns out they just want to serve everyone who got there after me first. By the time they were “ready” for me 3 other cars have gone thru already
I just left when I couldn’t make sense of it.

Omg I had the best drive thru experience at a McDonald's in maybe ever! It was a few days ago...maybe even a week, but I just now remembered to review my experience. Ordering and the guy at the payment window were great, but the window where you get your food was exceptional! Draven was the young man's name and he was so friendly and all smiles. Like naturally, not fake like alot of employees at various fast food places. He really made me feel welcome and appreciated. AT A MCDONALD'S!!! Wow!
Y'all need more employees like him...maybe he could train some other employees on how to make people feel appreciated, rather than being made to feel like a bother or just a dollar on their paycheck. Thank you Draven for such a pleasant experience!

Stopped for breakfast and had the cashier tell me to please take the survey as she needs 20 surveys during breakfast or has to buy her boss lunch. Why are underpaid workers being threatened to have to buy their leaders lunch? Do you think this is gonna lead to good surveys? Do better and treat your workers, not force them to buy you things if they don’t boost your survey numbers!

Incompetence Olympics gold medalists. I pull up to the drive-thru, check in, and they still hand my Uber Eats order to a DoorDash driver while I’m sitting right there. They knew it was mine. They just didn’t care. Not only did they cost me money and jack up my cancellation rate, they ruined the customer’s order. This place isn’t just poorly run—it’s a masterclass in how to fail at the most basic parts of the job. If you want cold food, wrong orders, and zero accountability, this is your spot. Everyone else: run.

The lady on the phone was disrespectful, they told me they couldn’t help me about my DoorDash order and then forgot 2 out of 4 items on my order after I drove to there myself to order and get food,
just not great.
