I don’t know what happened to this McDonald’s. It used to be great but in recent years it’s gotten really bad. Every single time I come to this McDonald’s something from my order is missing even though I was charged for it on my receipt, and the night staff is really unpleasant. My husband has had words with the manager several times and still this place continues to suck.

Placed a mobile order as I was pulling into the parking lot at 10:26 AM sat at the drive thru for a few minutes and gave the person my order number got to the window and they handed me my drink but no food they said because it was 10:31 they couldn't make my breakfast items, I was charged and never recieved my order was told it would cancel and I wouldn't be charged but it didn't. Stunningly bad customer service. I reported to corporate but have yet to get a response.

It's very clean. The food is typically good, I order coffee mostly - had a few bad days but it's improving, now to eliminate all the coffee grounds that keep ending up at the bottom of my cup. Very stingy with napkins, I have allergies. They don't have any of the basics out like sugar, salt & pepper, creamers, and basic NAPKINS. Now that's just ridiculous. Sass tinged with a lack of respect mgr.

WORST McDonalds in Colorado Springs. I sat in the right side drivethru watching several cars in the left go through the line while my side didn’t move at all. I finally pulled out of line and went inside to speak to management, and everyone behind the counter seemed to be ignoring me, and none of them spoke English apparently nor were able to help me. They need to terminate the general manager there ASAP. Steer clear of this location if you’re looking for good service.

So all i wanted was a cheese burger on my lunch break only to get back to work and find they didn't put the actual patty on it they just handed me 2 buns first of all i don't even know how that is even possible how does one working in food forget to put the burger on a cheese burger oh well right I'll hurry as fast as i can drive back to get it only to have the manager get mad at me! And i wasn't being rude or anything all i wanted was a dang cheese burger before i had to go back in haha and I get it yall might deal with some rude customers assuming if you can't remember a burger goes on a cheese burger i can only imagine how their orders got messed up but to then literally get mad at the customer for it seriously this McDonald's needs to fire that manager or whoever she was the anger that lady has she cant be trusted around food being served to the public if she is that angry

Very helpful and polite staffing that morning I went in as usual and proceeded to order and realized how peaceful and pleasant it was to enjoy breakfast in a McDonald’s restaurant. I’ll be back sooner than later to tryout the atmosphere in the Pm hrs. Well satisfying
