Worst customer service. Even if you order just 1 hamburger at the drive through, you will be instructed to pull forward and wait for it. I've waited for 10 min for 1 burger. Now I avoid going there at all. Chick fil A is way better food and they're fast!

I went through drive-through ordered food. All of my food was cold. I didn’t receive my drinks. I went back through told them my food was cold and about my drinks. They fix the food situation, but still never got my drinks.

The customer service at this McDonald's seems to be going down hill. My order is usually not correct when I receive it. When trying to get it fixed, I am faced with attitude from the staff like I am asking for something extraordinary. Good luck trying to get any extra napkins. They are nowhere to be found in the restaurant. And trying to get the staff to help you much less look at you after you get the food. The kids play area is usually dirty. The tables are not kept clean nor are the wipes in the area usable. I have asked for the wipes to be refilled regularly and they are always dry, so I can't even clean the table myself. The floor in the playplace looks like they need cleaning. Other than the kitchen, the play area should be the most cleaned area considering the kids are in socks and on their hands. I also saw someone leave through the emergency exit in the play area during my visit and the alarm did not go off. This does not give me confidence and the safety of my kids. This is my last vist to this McDonald's location.
