Went through the drive through. Service was fast and friendly. Of course, the portion sizes left quite a bit to be desired. The atmosphere in my vehicle was nice. I can't speak to theirs.

We enjoy stopping here for a quick meal! Never a problem!
Dietary restrictions: I had a sleeve done 18 months ago. Here I can get the double cheese burger, pull the bread off, and get my protein. Not the ideal, but when one needs to eat this is a good item.

Excellent Service! Things sure have changed at this location. I've been here before and the place was alway trashed and young employees cursing, laughing behind wall ignoring customers. But Today totally different. The place was immaculate and Scott kept it that way while providing personal, caring service to all the customers. He got us refills, made sure our food came out hot and order was correct (first time I can remember). Scott even helped us set up app to make itmore convenient to order next time definitely coming back

McDonald’s does not offer any customer service. Waiting at the counter, waving at the camera. No printed receipt. No acknowledgment of my existence. While waiting at the counter an employee pushed between the counter and myself to exit the building while there was no one else around me she could have gone around.
I came here and Scott was super attentive to everyone in the restaurant. He helped out all the parents and brought us anything we could’ve needed.

We never received our food. There was a long line at the register, and no one came to assist us. Several customers who came in from the drive-thru line were also given the wrong orders. This has been our experience every time we have visited. They often claim to be short-staffed, but it seems like they're just goofing off in the back.

Very Slow. Orders always wrong. Rude employees. Always out of something. I've cream machine always broke. Your 20 pc nuggets will probably be 15 or 16 so check them and if you order more than 1 item you can guarantee something will be missing. Spent 40 minutes yesterday afternoon and Spent over 40 minutes tonight waiting for a burger and fries. I also overheard employees mocking another customer who's order was wrong. They said "we'll just make her wait and all her food will be cold" then laughed. That's pretty gross behavior.

This McDonalds does underhanded questionable tactics to discourage customers from using the free rewards offered through the app. They over salt the reward fries until they are inedible. They short the reward nuggets. I waited outside for over 15 minutes for a coffee until I had to go inside. After multiple incidences that don't seem to take place at any other McDonalds, I have decided to just avoid the McDonald's on Hartsel completely.

There’s a manager at this McDonalds with A VERY HORRIBLE attitude. He has glasses and spikey hair. Is very horrible and unprofessional at his job and never goes up and beyond for service, nor does he have the respect to look you in the eyes while talking. Don’t understand how he got to be where he was he has just one of the worst attitudes. Pretty sure the name was James if not it starts with a J.

Today I went into the McDonald's off of Woodmen road and had the most abysmal experience, though it might have been my fault for dining in/curbsiding my order. Me and my Partner met up in the McDonalds dining room to order our food on the app for pick up and dine in. Unfortunately we decided to sit on the larger half of the dining room which is glorified break room for McDonalds staff. A few members of the restaurant took their break there with no issue, but one particular staff member shouted cuss words and slurs with his friends while making the dining experience unbearable. We elected to leave and change our order to curbside, where we were further disappointed. We waited for 10-15 minutes for our food watching multiple door dash orders and other customers get their food before us then when I went in to the store to inquire about the wait time for our order, I found the order sitting in the pick up bag with my curbside number and name. The food had started to get cold so we decided to eat it quickly and then realized that a straw had been forgotten. I went in to find one realizing there were are no self serve straws or napkins. I looked around for anyone and couldn't find anyone near the register and I had no way of contacting them. I walked around and waved down an employee who was on her phone, much like her other co-workers, and she reluctantly walked over and gave me a straw. I go back outside expecting this to be the end of it and we discovered are drink had one lone ice cube floating around and was very watered down and there was no sauce included in our order. I get again entered and had to call out to a different employee while interrupting their conversation, which they seemed upset about. She grabbed me a sauce container. I left and finally got to dig in to my luke-warm food and watered down soda. I am sad to see a resteraunt that brought me so much joy and happy memories reduced to such a sorry state. I will only ever order drive thru from now on.

They redesigned this location to be as impersonable and uninviting as possible. They want you to order through apps and kiosks and take your food home or eat it in your car. Don't bother them with all that unrealistic expectation of customer service. They removed the self-serve drink station and hid the kitchen entirely so that you can't see the employees when they are ignoring you. Occasionally, a sour-faced individual will come to the narrow opening at the front to yell out a number and drop a bag on the counter, and then retreat into the back without even handing it to you. With all of this lack of customer service and bland corporate vending machine style of doing business, you can expect to pay some of the highest prices in fast food.
McDonalds has really gone downhill as a whole, going away from their inviting, colorful, and family-friendly restaurant designs to these uninspired, bland, expensive corporate vending machines. I don't think our family will be visiting McDonalds much in the future. There just isn't anything that they sell that makes up for this awful vending machine style of doing business. It doesn't even save the customer money to dine like this, so where is the value?
