Late order because I work over night. I pull up to the microphone to order and I'm told their system is down. I tell them I'm tired of driving for the day and that I'll wait. Coincidentally I'm told "Oh our system is about to be back up" about a minute later. I order. (Lead?) seems friendly. My two hamburgers seem ok but the fries were flavorless, hard, and cold. I'm half wondering if the staff was annoyed by me wanting food and tampered with it by taking fries from their waste or something. Anyways. If I get sick I'll be back for sure. Sketchy.Update: I've been sick for a week and producing highlighter colored phlegm. Coincidence?

Every time I order from this particular store there is always a long wait for items thru drive thru doesn’t matter waiting 15+ minutes for breakfast burritos is absolutely irritating could of said at the drive thru menu there will be a wait on those to see if I still want that cause the wait at this store is horrible.

Ordered a sandwich to go, got home and the wrong sandwich was done. Not a big difference but a few ingredients and they charge extra. So bait and switch behaviors. Not cool. Have left a message with customer support. Wondering if I will actually get a call or refund for the difference.Update: no response from anyone about the missing ingredients that I paid extra for. Sent an e-form on the McDonald's website requesting a refund of the difference in cost for the ingredients I didn't receive but paid for. Really not expecting much at this point. Probably never get any customer service. So horrible of an experience when something isn't done right the first time.Got an email and voicemail the next day after contacting McDonald's through their website. Was advised to go to the same location for a refund of the meal cost difference.Went back to the same restaurant and was provided a refund without issue.

Another Edit: I'm a damn fool. I did it again, I figured at 630 am with only two cars in the drive thru I could pop in for a quick sandwich. NOPE! Wait... Wait... Wait... Line hasn't moved. Now I'm late. Already paid, had to leave with no sandwich. It's my own fault, I should've known. Morning crew is just as incompetent as afternoon :-(Edit: every time I think this location can't get worse, they somehow manage to be worse. Filthy inside, slow, broken drive thrus, long lines, just damn. Do better, if I wanted to wait 30 minutes for a meal I'd go to a real restaurantCurbside/mobile orders are always a slow mess here
