Food was cold and they forgot my happy meal. Phone number is disconnected so that's cool. Close this garbage dump of a store.
This McDonald’s has no idea what they’re doing had an order with DoorDash for delivery to my apartment and when I opened the bag I was missing my burger and only had fries and a drink this has happened more then once mind you
Four hamburgers and two large fries for $20. Even the person who handed me the food agreed that's crazy.
The lady asked us after every order “is that everything” like 8 times and made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her and she made us feel rushed. They also didn’t get us 2 of our fries and the lady told me “you should just come in to fix it” and then when I questioned it made her manager come to the window. When I gave her the receipt she gave us 2 more small fries instead of the 2 mediums we ordered and paid for.
I was in the drive through for an hour and a half last night waiting on my food and I wasn’t the only one. I should have just canceled.
Took 50 mins in the drive through at 1:12 am they didn’t know what order was mine bc they take it off the screen so there times look good but in all reality I was waiting at the window without even talking to someone for 20 mins waiting for food I paid for
Fast good and made right nothing wrong with my order
Spend half an hour waiting for my food. They still go the order wrong by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen

Every time we come to this McD’s, we get sodas that are not filled to the top. It’s the only McD’s I’ve ever been to where they do this. Each time, they say it’s the machine’s fault. But, they never get the machine serviced/fixed, nor do they problem-solve any possible solutions. Today, both of our large sodas, as well as the small soda, were short-changed. So, every time this happens, and they don’t problem-solve but merely shrug their shoulders, I guess I will have to do yet another review.

It's really a 50/50 on the experience and food your going to get. I've had employees to high to get a 4pc nugget meal correct and other times they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. I guess it all depends on the staff. Notably it seems the evening crew are the ones with the best service.

Let's see, from time if ordering at the kiosk it took exactly 20 minutes for myself and my two coworker to get our food.
Coupled with the homeless guy who was unresponsive in the booth and then the fire department/ambulance showing up; i won't be back

I hate that they will pull you forward and make you sit there for 22 minutes. They've clocked out the receipt so it won't show as taking 22 minutes. It also shows on store tallies that they aren't super SUPER slow. This place has always been the worst. Drove elsewhere. ANY other mcdonalds.

Not sure what sort of scam this place is trying to run. I wanted an EggMcMuffin... Just a sandwich. I get offered another for an additional dollar. Ok, sounds good I accept that, get up to the window and they want $14 for two egg mc muffins. Guy is like no discount on a egg mc muffin. So yeah, I declined to complete that purchase and went to Arbys. Not what I wanted but, they don't try doing weird scams. I should have bounced when I saw all the drive thru waiting spaces filled up.. Not the first time I have had issues with this location. It is the last tho.
One star only cause none is an option.
