Food was fresh and the lady was nice at the window, but I got all the right food except for my mcchicken and it was for someone else’s order and it was a weird mcchicken so I couldn’t eat it unfortunately.

Wish there was another location close to my house. Every time I have gone here it takes 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. Half the time the staff member is rude and I have never gotten order that came correct. I would go to any other McDonald's if possible

I came and got the two wrap meal after work on the way home. I was told to pull around to spot one. I ended up waiting for 15 mins and was about to give up and go in when Cyrus came around the corner with my food and gave 110% customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my food and was well aware of a lost meal in the restaurant. I appreciate the service and would keep Cyrus around as long as you can.

My order was incorrect. I had taken a fee bites before realizing it and when I came back thru the drive thru and gave the sandwich back the manager had a rude, loud attitude with me refusing to replace the sandwich with the correct one. They took the incorrect sandwich back at first then after getting into a yelling match with the manager the sandwich was returned to me but in a different wrapper. I saw them throw away the sandwich and then they dug it out of the trash to give it back to me! 20 min later she finally gave me a replacement sandwich. Which I didn't eat because if they dug a burger out of the trash to give to me, then I'm certain they spit in the replacement burger as well. The manager was getting into arguments with the staff over replacing my burger, she kept screaming at me that I didn't deserve a replacement burger. I refused to leave the drive thru until I was given the correct burger that I ordered.

Ordered a McChicken. Was told they were out of regular wrappers for it so it said spicy but guaranteed it was not. Oh yes it was. My mouth was on fire. I used points for it so unfortunately I couldn't get a refund.

Got 2 happy meals which are the Pokémon ones. Got them through the drive thru and got home and there was no Pokémon on the inside of the happy meal. Kinda disappointed as a collector. And there’s no way I can go back and get the “toy” either hence I’m already home. Learn how to do your job better and pay attention

So fries are fried right, the hair was fresh not fries with Lent attached. Completely unsanitary and gross. Apparently this happened after cooked. I understand this order was ordered through DoorDash so I took pics and contacted them. But I felt contacting the McDonald’s was a must bc they needed to be aware of the situation to make correction and check their fryers, work stations, and employees. I foolishly thought they would be concerned abt what they preparing and sending out. Well long story short the manager could care less, was rude af and hung up on me several time. Talked over me and would not give me his/her…..I think it was man but could not tell. What he/she did tell me was it was not his/her concern, but DoorDash. Not fault he/she hates his/her job which was clearly obvious. Bottom line y’all check your food from this McDonald’s, my suggestion is not using this one at all.

Do not waste your time or money at this Horrible loccasion! Showed up at 3:55 AM with an order I placed on the mobile order 5 minutes earlier. The person at the speaker finally responds after several minutes about how "" Welcome McDonald's. We're now serving breakfast. '"I explained to him that I've been waiting and already placed an order for dinner which his responsibility was sorry. There's nothing we can do. So I literally just got screwed out of my an employee that was too lazy to do their job and serve the food that had been paid for and ordered!! Absolutely sickening customer experience.

I was pleasantly surprised. Despite homeless people always outside this McDonald’s the inside was quite clean and tidy. The play place was very clean and fun for the kids and had a separate door/one way entrance that kept us apart from the other diners. They did mess up the order (which seems to be a reoccurring theme from the other reviews), but had the opportunity to bring the forgotten item quickly to the table once noticed. The kids had a fun time and enjoyed the happy meals. Win.
