Tried to order food they cancelled it talking about they weren’t gonna make it. Then I ordered food again being break feast now and yall didn’t put my 4 hasbrowns in. And my Sammie’s are cold and I live 4 mins away.

I placed my order through the mobile app. And of course, when I got there, they had no record of it. Even though the address was correct and then it took them ten minutes to make my caramel frappuccino okay, this is the worst restaurant i've ever been to before for a mcdonald's

Just don’t go at night.. only reason for not giving 5 stars. I’m mad every time I go here at night because they just don’t care. I come here often in the morning and the morning staff is always amazing. This is what it should be like all the time and at every McDonald’s. Staff always happy to serve you with a smile on their face. Even the manager handing out food himself and thanking you for coming here. My experience at night made me want to give one star because they just don’t care one bit and even cooks came out of kitchen to have an attitude with me. Just can’t help but love the people in the morning. Hope they keep this going and get this kind of people at night because they really need it. If I had the same experience day and night it would be five stars. I did come back again at night and have a slightly better experience so I don’t know if it was coincidence or if they actually got some better night staff but it was so much better than usual nighttime fiasco.

I really dislike going to this location because their ice cream is never working or their tea tastes old or theyre out of something else. I went there tonight because i had placed an order for my normal location but when i got there they were closed so i went here...and i still dont like it. I waited in one line while the other got three cars served in a row before i finally was able to go and then i ordered. I had a code which was for 20% off my order and everything looked good and correct on the screen and the guy confirmed and so did i. (The only thing i edited on my order was a deluxe crispy sandwich with an extra chicken filet, add bacon, extra lettuce and NO tomatoes) when i got to the window i realized i didnt order a strawberry smoothie but i had given the guy a code that was linked to my card and so he had it charge me before he opened the window and i apologized and asked to add a smoothie which unfortunately needed to be paid separately since i already paid for my order so the 20% wasnt on that. Anywayi get to the second window and was informed they dont have any strawberry smoothie only mango pineapple and shows they are not communicating with each other(which sucks because i cant have pineapple but took it anyway). I was then handed my food and the chicken sandwich i ordered and specialized was just the normal sandwich and i got the person who gave me my orders attention and let him know and he immediately grabbed the manager which is fine and i grabbed my receipt only to see that none of the mods i asked for were on the receipt even tho they were on the screen then i had to pay AGAIN for extra filet and bacon which AGAIN didnt have the 20% off because it was done rigjt the first time and idk why or what happened because the screen was correct! And the manager was having an issue charging my card when i gave her the code and im hoping i dont get charged multiple times for this...also i was missing a thing of fries, my sauce for my nuggets, there was 3 missing nuggets in my 20 piece, and the fries were old and cold and so was the chicken fillets. Overall a bad and stressful experience.

HORRIBLE service! I asked for a quarter pounder w other bacon no cheese. Received it with no bacon. Went up front to tell them it had no bacon, got it back with bacon AND CHEESE! I go back again and FINALLY they get it right. Why put an order receipt on the burger box with the correct ingredients but. It follow it. I wasn’t too upset about getting the burger wrong twice. The young girl working the front, with the look on her face made me feel like I was I was a nuisance. Unfriendly atmosphere. I didn’t get napkins but was afraid to ask for feeling like I’d be troubling them.
Now I know what Chic Fillet it always packed. McDonald’s help me decide to go elsewhere

This location always has a problem that makes it unable to unfofill your simplest of orders. At worse they will reject your phone app order on arrival. At best they don’t have the item or deal advertised.
Go literally anywhere else.

I’m quite disappointed today because we waited fifteen minutes for our food to finish only for the order to be wrong. We didn’t get any sauce with the nuggets we ordered, we didn’t get the juice with the happy meal, and my double quarter pounder only had one patty on it. I get places can be busy, but I don’t get how it can take so long for fast food to be prepared and still come out missing items.
