They are extremely lazy when you go in they ignore you too busy playing with each other lobby is supposed to be open till 10pm walked in at 910pm and I was told by an employee standing at the register bored that they were closed he was about to lock the door they wouldn't serve me

My husband came through the drive-thru and ordered 2 of the $5 deals (2 McDoubles, 2 4-piece nuggets, 2 small fries and 2 drinks). When he got home we discovered that both our McDoubles only had 1 patty on them. Guess we need to start checking to make sure everything is correct before driving away.

I want to clarify I have not had a single problem with food here in the years I've been living in the area. But to me, it seems, there is a neglect of the dining room more than anything. The front corner seat by the window on the side with the bathroom was flooded with flies when my spouse and I sat there, anywhere from 5-7 of them, and there was trash all around the drink machines. The food and service is very good though, satisfied with that, but I'd definitely recommend the drive thru or curbside from here.

Ordered a Big Mac and it was cold. While eating with family an employee named Airam kept sweeping around our food. In the restaurant industry this is a big no no.

I would be embarrassed to have employees like this...i would be embarrassed to work at this location. I can't even explain how terrible the service was. Rude is an under statement.. unprofessional for sure .. 4 times i was asked what my order was and it was still wrong and when i said something a few staff members got pissed about it. Not worth the aggravation to go back.
Constantly making jokes and giggling rather than making food, no one else was at the restaurant and I still had to wait an additional 6 minutes at the front instead of at the window because they couldn't focus on the job

This McDonald's is nasty. The people who work there are so incredibly rude. We took our kids here so they could play in the play place. Put our order in at the kiosk and got our little number. The girl working at the front counter just slapped our food up on the pass through (we were in the play area and didn't see it) and the girl just made eye contact with me like I did something wrong. She tried to give me a milk with a damaged top for my son. Asked for a new one. Got to the table and all the food was cold. My husband took the fries back up and asked for new ones because they were disgusting. They then turn on the song "lick my balls" right after she turned away from my husband. We got our new fries and found a huge hairball in the fries (See photo). We again went to talk to someone probably the manager and then we left. Another family with the same idea as us said he had still frozen nuggets and an equally dismal experience. It sucks that this McDonald's has the best play place in the area but the worst food and customer service. 🙃
Also, big surprise, the ice cream machine was down.
