I want to clarify I have not had a single problem with food here in the years I've been living in the area. But to me, it seems, there is a neglect of the dining room more than anything. The front corner seat by the window on the side with the bathroom was flooded with flies when my spouse and I sat there, anywhere from 5-7 of them, and there was trash all around the drink machines. The food and service is very good though, satisfied with that, but I'd definitely recommend the drive thru or curbside from here.

Ordered a Big Mac and it was cold. While eating with family an employee named Airam kept sweeping around our food. In the restaurant industry this is a big no no.

I would be embarrassed to have employees like this...i would be embarrassed to work at this location. I can't even explain how terrible the service was. Rude is an under statement.. unprofessional for sure .. 4 times i was asked what my order was and it was still wrong and when i said something a few staff members got pissed about it. Not worth the aggravation to go back.

Constantly making jokes and giggling rather than making food, no one else was at the restaurant and I still had to wait an additional 6 minutes at the front instead of at the window because they couldn't focus on the job

This McDonald's is nasty. The people who work there are so incredibly rude. We took our kids here so they could play in the play place. Put our order in at the kiosk and got our little number. The girl working at the front counter just slapped our food up on the pass through (we were in the play area and didn't see it) and the girl just made eye contact with me like I did something wrong. She tried to give me a milk with a damaged top for my son. Asked for a new one. Got to the table and all the food was cold. My husband took the fries back up and asked for new ones because they were disgusting. They then turn on the song "lick my balls" right after she turned away from my husband. We got our new fries and found a huge hairball in the fries (See photo). We again went to talk to someone probably the manager and then we left. Another family with the same idea as us said he had still frozen nuggets and an equally dismal experience. It sucks that this McDonald's has the best play place in the area but the worst food and customer service. 🙃
Also, big surprise, the ice cream machine was down.

Ordered an apple pie with my lunch and was told the pie was in the oven as she was handing my food I told her I would have preferred if she would have held the food until the pie was ready so my food wouldn’t get soggy and says sorry. Goes back to her crew and starts ranting and raving about how I pissed her off. She has red hair and is a manager super unprofessional and makes me not want to come to this location.
Went for breakfast and to play since it’s my daughter’s birthday and was super impressed! Very clean and a guy checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots of workers and good food! Definitely will be back to this one.

This new store looks great, except not being able to see any employees... the kitchen is almost completely unseen, so no one acknowledges the customers or front counter til an arm extends to set a bag on the pick up shelf and a voice calls out a random number. The kiosks won't print receipts so we can't get out rewards points without everyone around seeing your personal info and also don't know what order number you are. Management is doing a poor job in that store.
