Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt Dublin Commons

Every time my boyfriend and I come here, Dylan is always very chill and friendly! We love the cake batter and cheesecake frozen yogurts, and it's always a treat to come here. Thank you all for your great service and great fro-yo!

Just came here to get ice cream or frozen yogurt. They close at 9:00 pm. We walk in at 8:00. We grabbed our cups. Went to get fill our cups. None of the ice cream machines worked. And the person there disappeared. She walked away and didn’t come back. Never said anything to us. Just walked away. We put our cups on the counter and walked out. Still not sure what happened.

The worst customer service I have ever had. 1) None of the machine weren’t working and asked the kid worker about it the response was “oh sorry idk” and no eye contact or help at all. 2) Stood there for two minutes before we were even acknowledged. Don’t know how you are in business.

So yummy! First time in and the worker showed us the basics, how to get flavors and where all the toppings were. We went crazy haha delicious! For sure we will be back the next time we come through springs.

This place was so yummy, I came here for a tennis tournament, I love Menchies and I was happy to know there was one nearby the staff are really nice, Aaliyah was amazing, she was super nice!!!! LOVED THE ICE CREAM! 🤩

Went there last week with a friend and got nicely welcomed!. we were both wanting the cake batter flavor and were struggling a bit with the machine and instead of getting help the worker was just staring at us struggle for about a minute or so. We then just gave up and got other flavors assuming it was gone or smth, went there a couple days ago again and the same thing happened no help just stares, quiet upsetting if you ask me.

The owner and team are working overtime to provide excellent customer service. Food is good and good service!

Never been here before. Went at the request of my daughter, outside was happy and upbeat vibes then walked into an empty room. My daughter asked me if anyone worked there or if this was a complete do it yourself thing. Again, never being here before I had no clue. After several minutes an non happy not upbeat employee came out. We told her we had never been here and with the most melancholy tone she told us the basics. I was so disappointed in this experience. My daughter was so excited to try this place and the service really ruined the fun experience we were hoping for. Won't be back.

Service was good, but the front tasted weird, chocolate covered strawberrys were warm, dirty floor, and my favorite toppings were coming the next day instead of today, overall,

They advertise like they have a lot of flavors...all they have are lots of toppings. Most flavors don't work & there hot fudge is out of order, they were out of cookie dough topping. This place was not worth the 30 min drive. I'll stick to Itopit.
Too expensive for their stuff not working. The floor is disgusting. The place looks like they haven't cleaned it ever. The foryo didn't even taste good.
Will not return.

Went to bring my kids. Google says open, open sign is turned on, but store is locked up with an employee inside just looking at us.

Watch out for rotten boba. Went in on Sunday night, wife got boba, and has seen sick since she ate it. We know it’s the boba because that’s the only thing she ate from Menchie’s so watch out for boba that’s cloudy and creamy. She ate it despite that because why would they intentionally put out rotten boba? Maybe it was colder than it should have been and hardened a bit? Nope. Rotten.

Honestly, this location of menchies isn’t half bad. They are very much lacking in the flavor department, but there were plenty of options in the dairy free realm. I do wish that they were a bit more allergen friendly in general given the poor set up for toppings, but the ultimate issue for me was the lack of yogurt flavors. Overall, the service was quick, and the place was clean. The flavors they did have were good, but I really wish there were more
