Service was good, but the front tasted weird, chocolate covered strawberrys were warm, dirty floor, and my favorite toppings were coming the next day instead of today, overall,
They advertise like they have a lot of flavors...all they have are lots of toppings. Most flavors don't work & there hot fudge is out of order, they were out of cookie dough topping. This place was not worth the 30 min drive. I'll stick to Itopit.
Too expensive for their stuff not working. The floor is disgusting. The place looks like they haven't cleaned it ever. The foryo didn't even taste good.

Went to bring my kids. Google says open, open sign is turned on, but store is locked up with an employee inside just looking at us.
Watch out for rotten boba. Went in on Sunday night, wife got boba, and has seen sick since she ate it. We know it’s the boba because that’s the only thing she ate from Menchie’s so watch out for boba that’s cloudy and creamy. She ate it despite that because why would they intentionally put out rotten boba? Maybe it was colder than it should have been and hardened a bit? Nope. Rotten.

Honestly, this location of menchies isn’t half bad. They are very much lacking in the flavor department, but there were plenty of options in the dairy free realm. I do wish that they were a bit more allergen friendly in general given the poor set up for toppings, but the ultimate issue for me was the lack of yogurt flavors. Overall, the service was quick, and the place was clean. The flavors they did have were good, but I really wish there were more

Best to grab your frozen yogurt treat and eat elsewhere. Very yummy, but service is lacking. Very lethargic and seemed annoyed they had to be around customers, dare I say, at work.

If I could give no stars, I would. Had a bad experience. Went in for the Veteran’s Day Deal in Nov 2023, super excited to try them out for the first time. Had a ridiculous time trying to understand how they said I owed money when I was under the required amount for the deal that day. It ruined the entire experience. Or any chance of business from me in the future. Eventually (after a long long dialogue), they just put in some code to be free (like it was always supposed to be) to get rid of me. I was courteous but persistent, not a jerk. I just couldn’t get a logical explanation why advertising wasn’t accurate or they couldn’t fix it properly. The employees kept blaming corporate for how the discount code was put in and you have to pay the fee cuz you’re over the amount (no I’m not, how am I over?). When I asked if they would please put in feedback up to corporate to fix for future, they blew me off and didn’t give me an impression they cared or would try. They even said I could just toss out some ingredients so I’d not have to pay the fee. They’d rather waste ingredients and force you to be well below the advertised weight than do the right thing by the customer. That’s a poor and wasteful business model in my opinion. I would never go back again at all. I will say the dole whip was so good. But the experience was still soured for me. Not how you treat customers !

Can y’all please get it together? FINALLY you updated M-TH Google business timing, closing at 8 pm. Checked to come on a Friday, closing at 10 pm according to Google. Certainly you’d stay open later on weekends. Closed by 7:45. It’s not that hard.
