There were a lot of areas where this failed. Let's start with the service. The server seemed to have an attitude from the moment we got there. She did not write down any of our orders. She didn't even let me finish what I was saying before she cut me off and carried on. The order was wrong, salads were not delivered until we reminded her, and my daughter never got her mashed potatoes. While she did bring back the correct order after we told her it was wrong, by the time I got it I was ready to just leave. Asked for a box (for an entire meal) and got 4 "desert size" boxes to split the meal into.
That brings me to the food itself. It was definitely nothing to write home about. Tried a bit of my wife's chicken, which was bland. My chicken had very little flavor. The dressing for the salad was horrible.
What should have been a pleasant Christmas dinner quickly turned into a fiasco. I will probably not give this place another shot. There are far too many places with better food that cost less.
