Ummm HELLO?! I don't even have words for how good these donuts are. I can't eat gluten and was excited to find these mochi donuts 🍩
Anyone who doesn't eat gluten understands the hesitation to try a new GF dish that might continue to disappoint like all the rest. But, Mochi Thai'm absolutely didn't disappoint!!!
I used to LOVE classic glazed donuts before I stopped eating gluten and I was a little worried about trying another gf imposter. But OMG, the flavor of these is almost identical to what I remember glazed donuts being like. The texture is different since they're mochi donuts (made with rice flour). They a little thicker and chewier, kinda like mochi or tapioca boba. But they're SO SO SO good!!

Im now a frequent visitor here. I've tried the milk tea, Thai tea, strawberry lychee tea and the mango tea! Donuts are always fresh and delicious. I've tried the salted Carmel, Lemon poppy seed, ube, key lime, cookies and cream and churro and the Thai tea glazed.
The drinks and donuts are always 10/10. Staff is friendly and so sweet! Michelle is a gem! Love Mochi Thaim!

Cool place but the price was a little high in my opinion. I realize you have a large staff and overhead but it’s a little high, but it aligns with your competition around you and customers get made to order.

Love this place so much — their Thai teas are some of the best in COS (and you can get them DF or lactose free!!) and all the donuts are GF. The donuts’ texture is great and there are many incredible flavors to choose from. Perfect for brunch or dessert. This was my first time in the actual shop, as opposed to DoorDash order for delivery, and it’s a very clean and cute space. They have a points/ rewards system for frequent customers, as well. Will continue coming here over other donut places!

This place is awesome! The entire place is gluten free and I had donuts for the first time in a super long time. We got one of each flavor and they were all wonderful. We definitely will be coming back to try more flavors. The milk teas were also really good!

Ever since I discovered this place I've been a regular! I'm obsessed with their donuts and boba. Normally, I stick to one drink, but they're so good that I've gotten adventurous and I've honestly never been disappointed. I've traded out my regular coffee stops for their boba tea.

Love their gluten free donuts, the gluten free vegan ones appeared slightly thinner and more dense than just the gluten free ones but I love both kinds.

Wow! Very good Gluten free doughnut that filled me up after two. They are easy to split amongst family. And they are pretty good heated up the next day. This is not a traditional doughnut taste, a bit on the sweet side, but they have options to reduce, or increase the sweetness. The service was friendly, helpful, patient and quick with the order. I believe my oldest daughter is addicted.

These are the best donuts ever, they make them fresh in front of you with lots of flavors to choose from and no extra charge on different flavors. I highly recommend this spot as the boba was on point as well! We drove from Denver to have these and it was well worth the drive

Mochi donuts are the best, better than regular donuts imo. They’re chewy in the best way, and naturally gluten free. The boba is also first class, and can be made with lactose free milk, or oat milk. Great place for people with food sensitivities to get a tasty treat!

For people that have gluten allergies this is the place to get your donuts. My daughter is highly allergic and it’s been 14 years since she had a donuts. We found this place and we travel from castle rock at least once a month so she can enjoy a donuts
