Closing the Loop
So my birria tacos were fire. They really do raise the bar for the area of Colorado Springs. Burritos according to my wife, not her favorite. Maybe a little work needed there. But I’m not deducting points for that because of how good those tacos were. Burritos are not my thing any way. I’ve never had a taco that good in all of Colorado. All of us are good at a particular thing. Tacos are their thing. I’ve been seeing this taco truck for way too long. I’m kicking myself that I waited this long. Don’t underestimate the food truck.

Got delivery from here and it was amazingggggg! I literally went to bed that night thinking about how good their most popular taco was (forgot the name, but it’s the juicy shredded beef one). They also got my order exactly correct despite all the random things I wanted/didn’t want. Highly recommend.
