Waited 30 min (this keeps happening) for a pickup order for 2 salads. Shift manager doesn’t seem to know how to keep things moving. There were at least 5 others also waiting for their orders. I saw at least 3 customers come in, sit in line to order and leave before even placing an order since no one even acknowledged them.

There is also no kind of status to way for you to know how long you will be waiting. Instead you are just stuck standing there wondering if you are next or if you have another 20-30 min.

If I could have canceled my order and left I would have.

I would strongly recommend NOT trying to go to this location or order for pickup near any kind of normal meal hour.

Also be warned that if you do order, the time it will be ready is effectively meaningless since it is clear their online system doesn’t track progress of orders when they are placed.

Never have I tried so hard to give someone money. The preferred online ordering platform malfunctioned twice, so the orders were never delivered, food was not ready. Incorrect order followed. Trying to use other platforms at this store and others required signing up for other services after filing in tons of options, and then often wouldn't work either, and had different prices and ingredients? They need to get their digital act together.

Gave me raw rotten pizza and the sauce was expired gross!!!

Gone are the days of a clean restaurant, real plates and silverware. Most tables and booths had not been cleaned. The soda machine was putting out too much carbonation and not enough syrup. My father was told to drink lemonade instead. I remember when their salads were tossed. The paper plate was too small to mix up my salad. The chicken on my salad was not cut all the way through and the pieces of steak on my mother’s were too big for one bite. The plastic knives were a frustration.

My garlic mushroom pizza was yummy, but not worth an almost half hour wait. Service was super slow. When the food was finally ready, they left it sitting on the counter. My daughter had to get up and grab it. Her mac n cheese was room temp. Dirty plates stacked up by garbage. They need to do better!

I used to love eating here, and I would order every week. Then something changed. The portions of veggies in my salad grew smaller and smaller. The chicken or salmon was raw. The dressing decreased as well. I was paying $20-30 for a bowl full of wilted brown lettuce, undercooked meat, and only enough dressing for 3 bites. Incredibly sad at this change. I wish it would go back to the way it was...💔

We waited 35minutes for our to-go order and They completely messed up our order! I also paid additional for up charged sides. Not only did I not receive my substitution sides but I also didn’t even receive standard chips. I paid more to receive less!! I also ordered kids plates with mash potatoes & veggies and instead was given spinach salad and veggies which my kids will not even eat. Extremely disappointed with the service. They clearly don’t listen or pay attention to detail.

Everything was ice cold. My bowl, barely any rice, old chicken, just super disappointing. Ordered 2 curry soups, one was extremely runny and the other was chunky like sauce, so very confused on how/why they were different when we ordered 2 of the same. My son’s Mac n cheese was dry. Overall just disappointed and wasted $70 on food we didn’t eat.

Ordered MM for lunch & used their BOGO deal. I got the blackened chicken salad & bbq chicken pizza. Both were amazing. The salad is definitely a favorite. Delivery was prompt & timely delivered. Everything was in the bag. Will be back to this location.

Closing time is advertised as 9 PM. I came in at 8 PM. The employees had all the chair stacked and looked very disappointed to see me walk in. Food looked and tasted like it had been sitting in a counter all day. I’ve had beef jerky that was more tender than my chicken breast. My wife and I used to come here once a week but this past year it has gone down hill. I won’t be back

Place is hit or miss. By miss I mean usually they run out of stuff and their website leaves some to be desired. Occasionally, the food has issues, portion wise for the price. Other than that, good food, good service. Hard to go wrong with the buddha bowl. Even though they did by cooking the tofu a little too much. I still go there now and then though. ?‍♂️
