We waited 35minutes for our to-go order and They completely messed up our order! I also paid additional for up charged sides. Not only did I not receive my substitution sides but I also didn’t even receive standard chips. I paid more to receive less!! I also ordered kids plates with mash potatoes & veggies and instead was given spinach salad and veggies which my kids will not even eat. Extremely disappointed with the service. They clearly don’t listen or pay attention to detail.

Everything was ice cold. My bowl, barely any rice, old chicken, just super disappointing. Ordered 2 curry soups, one was extremely runny and the other was chunky like sauce, so very confused on how/why they were different when we ordered 2 of the same. My son’s Mac n cheese was dry. Overall just disappointed and wasted $70 on food we didn’t eat.

Ordered MM for lunch & used their BOGO deal. I got the blackened chicken salad & bbq chicken pizza. Both were amazing. The salad is definitely a favorite. Delivery was prompt & timely delivered. Everything was in the bag. Will be back to this location.

Closing time is advertised as 9 PM. I came in at 8 PM. The employees had all the chair stacked and looked very disappointed to see me walk in. Food looked and tasted like it had been sitting in a counter all day. I’ve had beef jerky that was more tender than my chicken breast. My wife and I used to come here once a week but this past year it has gone down hill. I won’t be back

Place is hit or miss. By miss I mean usually they run out of stuff and their website leaves some to be desired. Occasionally, the food has issues, portion wise for the price. Other than that, good food, good service. Hard to go wrong with the buddha bowl. Even though they did by cooking the tofu a little too much. I still go there now and then though. ?‍♂️

I don't normally write reviews for chains, but I had to express my gratitude for having such excellent customer service. I work close to Modern Market and our company orders catering frequently. They are always so kind to extend a catering discount. I had a situation recently where they went above and beyond to help me. Lindsey, the Catering Sales Manager is a gem, and is always so willing to help in any way she can. The customer service is always top notch, way better than I would expect for a corporation. Thank you for being so great! We will always support your business!

This is the last time we get anything from this place. The food quality and quantity has gone down hill. It’s the second time in a row we ordered to pick up, we have had to check the bag to find out the plate is not even half full. Today was the last straw, we ordered a mango bowl and when we got home there was no mango at all. The food was dry and absolutely not worth the cost.

I can’t even give a rating on the food bc I was so grossed out by how dirty everything was I didn’t trust the food. The tray my food was on was dirty with dried sauces and food on it. The silverware had dried food stuck to it. Tables weren’t wiped down and the more you looked the more you saw how unclean the restaurant was.

Some items were luke warm at best, like the quinoa, fire roasted broccoli, tofu. Flavor was awesome, especially the salad dressing, purple cabbage and carrots. Cold items were cold and perfect, just the hot items needed a lot higher temperature. Price is reasonable.
