How many times do you need to write "We are so sorry for your recent experience" before something actually changes? We called, and they blamed the delivery company, as if the driver somehow messed up the order. Unreal.

Ordered a Salmon Cesar salad, with some added extras. Guess what I didn't get? The Salmon! $21 for a salad with the main ingredient missing!!! They didn't even take responsibility and redirected us to Doordash, as if somehow the driver was responsible for making the food. Jerks.

I am kind of sad to be writing this but I unfortunately can't go back to this store immediately to discuss this with them because I have work, so this is the best I got. I ordered lunch from here for the first time. My salad was missing my dressing (best part of a salad, come on) and whoever backed my soup order decided not to close the lid all the way. On my drive back from work, my soup went everywhere inside the bag, couldn't eat it, and I ate a bit of my salad and was highly disappointed. Balsamic takes a salad to the next level. Please double check people's orders... this place isn't cheap.

So glad that me and my husband gave this place a try! When we picked up the staff were so nice and food was ready when we got there. My half salad was still super filling and the chickpea pizza crust was a great alternative for my gluten free husband. We will be back:)

This location is absolutely horrible. Every time I order food, it is either wrong or terribly made. The last pizza I ordered had little to no cheese and it looked like the box had been smashed in. Some places were just plain crust and whomever cut it must have been blind. I wrote a complaint via email and there has been no response for over two months. I will never go here again and will tell everyone to avoid it, too.

Great food! Love love love all the healthy veggie options. Kids loved it too. We got varying grain bowls, mac n cheese, soups, etc. I think the family ate every last bite! I wish we had one back home....cuz this would definitely be a fave place if we had one in our neighborhood :)

Food was absolutely amazing tasted perfect and was made perfect. But the service was terrible me and my boyfriend went to two different modern markets. The first one we dine in and the server was extremely awkward with us and the entire time we were there so started at us making us uncomfortable and then the second one we went too the service was terrible as well we stood there and they saw us and didn’t come and see what we needed and they just kept staring at us and laughing. Terrible customer service both places seemed like they did not want us there and seemed annoyed that we were there. Amazing food but terrible customer service everyone seems stuck up and just very rude to customers.

Seriously should have checked the reviews. I went last in spring of 2023. What happened?! Greens were old and half wilted, pizza was undercooked, tuna came out still frozen. One dish came out, then another 5 min later, another again later. In our party of 3, we sat looking at food… until we all had it. Awkward! Food has gone so down the hill that we’ll never come back here.

Food took about 10 minutes, packed for togo.The greens were wilted, the grains were soggy, the curry sweet potato soup was terrible, and I usually love any curry.The only thing we liked was the drink selections. Lowkey cannot recommend anything currently- have eaten here once and none of us liked our meals.
