We’ve tried many pizza joints here in the springs and Mollys by far is the best!!! The ingredients are fresh! Their pizzas do not disappoint! Great mouth watering flavors!! Our kids love them! The staff is wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend Mollys Mountain Pies!!!!!!!

Was out the oven, cut and in my hands in a minute. Hot and crispy with plenty of toppings and flavor. Was the sauce too salty. I would say it’s more than some places but doesn’t over power the tomato sauce. Great dough and toppings. Only downside is there is no seating to eat. Was on a lunch break and ate in the car. Caesar salad was good with their salad dressing. Will be back but know I have to go somewhere else to eat it.

It's some of the best pizza and cheesy bread I've had. I haven't tried everything on the menu, but I would recommend everything to you. There's just something about their bread that makes life better. Thanks for being awesome!

We ordered two pizzas from the Union location for pickup. The Magpie and The Mile High Meat. The Magpie looked good enough and had plenty of fresh tomatoes but lacked any of the basil and sauce. Same goes for The Mile High. It's as if they just piled toppings on bread and forgot the sauce and spices .. Also should note it was lacking in cheese.. We opened up the pictures and menu of this place while we ate. The reviews, the pictures, everythibg looks great, but what we recieved was meritocre and nite quite the same. There is much better pizza available in Colorado Springs, esp for the price. We can't see us ordering again from here.

Seeing as gluten free bread is really hard to make tasty in general, and pizza crust especially challenging, we don't eat much pizza anymore. Well, we were enjoying a pint at the pub (Peaks N Pines Brewing Company) and got hungry. Just so happens, Molly provides the food for the brewery. I ordered the traditional wings, buffalo style, and they were amazing! Crispy on the outside and still tender and juicy on the inside. And the homemade sauce was a perfect balance of spice and sweet. As we're getting close to leaving, and close to dinner time, the wife decided she wanted to try their GF pizza and ordered the Buffalo Bill GF, 6 more buffalo traditional wings and 6 boneless. And wow, we've found or new pizza place. Their GF crust was the best we've ever had; hat's off to you Molly for figuring out how to make a GF crust that doesn't suck! As Arnold says, "I'll be back!"
