Amazing views First off. Located near Cheyenne mountain and the food is great. It was a nice buffet on a Saturday morning. If I'm in the area ever again I will definitely go there.

Very satisfied with the whole process.

Weekday breakfast (buffet).

Came in a little after 7, as soon as they opened.
We were the 3rd party there so no problem with lines for food.

Food spread was plentiful, from fruits, baked goods, hot food, cereals, etc..

I opted to go straight to the order station for an omelette, made to my desired ingredients. Kris, the staff manning the station deserves 5⭐!

The best was the fresh peach smoothie!
Of course, the bacon was too much too resist.

Personally, I find the price reasonable for what's offered. I can have my fill of things I wanted and much more. Breakfast at other restaurants may be cheaper but, would limit my choices.
Also, service and the view accounts for a high rating, too.

As there were hardly any diners that early, we were not lacking in attention from the other staff.

Breakfast with a great view!
Why not a full 5⭐?
The restaurant is showing it's age. A lot of the chairs show tattered parts and for the price of staying/dining here, these things are not to be missed.

We haven't been there in a long time, but we enjoyed our Fourth of July dinner and got to watch the fireworks from the balcony. The barbecue was good, and our only complaint was that the salad bar didn't have plates, nor did the potato bar, and we had to get plates at the main barbecue Serving table. The chicken, potato salad, beans, macaroni and cheese, and the large variety of desserts were all great. The brisket not so much, but there's plenty of food to make up for that.

Went for the July 4th dinner buffet. The staff were running around, completely disorganized. Had to keep asking for water refills. Buffet table was not getting refilled. Ran out of desserts an hour before closing. And the food was not good. Overall, pretty much a complete disaster.

Terrible. 150 bucks for two people for a buffet that doesn't have ketchup or cocktail sauce

The only restaurant we have found worth it at the Cheyenne Mtn Resort during our stay and that was solely the breakfast buffet. Nice views. Large selection including omelette and waffle station. I would skip the rest of the meals and restaurants and literally drive 3 min to the nearest plaza that has lots of great dining options !

We’ve always looked forward to the Cheyenne Mountain Resort Mother’s Day brunch—years ago it was a standout experience with great food, amazing views, and solid service. Sadly, this year was a huge letdown.

Food lines were long and chaotic, and the staff refilling the buffet were noticeably rude—pushing past guests to do their jobs without so much as a “pardon me.” I understand it’s a busy day, but there’s a way to hustle without being abrasive. As for the food: underwhelming at best. The “fresh carved chicken” was incredibly dry, oysters were oddly hard and inedible, and even the bagels were stale. Twice, my plate was taken from me while I was still eating—food still on it, fork in hand. Completely unacceptable.

We opted for the unlimited mimosas (which used to be complimentary on Mother’s Day), only to be told there’s now a 90-minute limit. Despite that, we only received two, as our server kept forgetting our drink orders—including coffee. When the bill finally came, it had to be corrected three times.

This used to be the place to celebrate. Now, it feels overpriced and poorly managed. For what we paid, we expected so much more. Disappointed and sad to say we likely won’t return.

We came here for Mother’s Day brunch and it was extremely disappointing. After sitting down, no one came to take our drink order. I waited 10 minutes and then stopped someone. They said our waiter would come, they never did. I then went up to the POS area and asked the group there, they said a waiter would come. Again, they never did. I stopped a third person and they finally took our drink order. The rest of the meal went much like that. No one cleared our plates (it was a buffet), no one came for us to order a second drink, and I had to ask twice for our check. When they returned the bill to be signed, they brought no pen. The food was also mediocre. The chicken and salmon were dry, everything else was limited flavor. Overall a very disappointing meal for $120 per head. Thankfully we salvaged the day ourselves by staying upbeat and joking about the ridiculousness of the situation but Mountain View did nothing to positively impact our Mother’s Day. Two stars only because it’s a beautiful view.

Mother's Day brunch was lovely, only 1 suggestion, at $120 a person you could give a guest more than 1 mimosa. options were amazing and cooked to perfection and the servers were very attentive.

We attended the Mother's Day brunch and had done so the year prior. The food was good (buffet style), there were a lot of options which was nice. The service that day was terrible, we had to ask for coffee two different times and didn't receive until 30 minutes in, and then had to wait another 10 minutes for the creamer. The experience would have been great if the service would have been better that day.

We loved this mother's day brunch in years past, this year will be our last. Price was the same, if not more. There was a much smaller selection of food and mimosas used to be included, now they are not. Yet they are pushed like they were free, they are not and was given a 100 dollar bill at the end of my meal. Sounded like it was under new management and that will be my family's last time going to this experience.
