I came in from South Dakota to try this food truck, and let me tell you, I am not disappointed. The owner explained some of the dishes, and how they would be made outside of a food truck. The cheesy flatbread with the cactus chimichuri was amazing! The Fantastic Four was beyond delicious! The Chilaco with the shrimp and fry bread was absolutely outstanding! I’m not a huge shrimp fan, but I would love to have that again! The tortillas were made to order too! Just an outstanding...
The food is EXCELLENT. And the owners/staff even more excellent!!
We had their food truck visit for a private event of about 60 people. The planning process was easy, they arrived early, they set up and got working the people right away, they cooked fast, everything tasted awesome - and we tried every single dish, and they made sure we were happy when ordering, they found each individual once food was ready, and they continued to check on us. They did it all !!!
