This is a magnificent place, very solid good well thought out speciality cocktails I wasn’t expecting to find from such an unsuspecting place located next to a brewery.

First off the atmosphere is great, good vibes, classy, good place to take a date or go to celebrate (or just hang out with friends). It’s next to the brewery and because they have the same owners if you’re with a person who doesn’t like cocktails they can go to the brewery and you can bring your cocktail there or vice versa! It’s a pretty cool concept!

Next up the cocktails? It’ll cost you during non happy hour 14-17$ a cocktail so be ready to drop a bit of money but they’re delicious. My friend had the second breakfast which is like an alcoholic lassi drink with a maple forwardness that she did like (but she did say it was a bit sweet so if you’re not into sweet drinks it may not be for you). I tried the Tingle #2 and it was surprisingly delicious, I never thought tequila and whiskey could mix like that… or at least mix well, it’s very hard to describe, it has old fashion vibes but it’s not quite an old fashioned, but it was remarkable in a good way and I’d definitely recommend it while it’s on the menu! Lastly I had a My Chamomile Romance which… was very good, because of the uniqueness of the other 2 drinks it didn’t stand out too much but was a great gin drink. I don’t want this to make it sound like I didn’t enjoy it, I think I was just trying to wrap my head around tingle #2 while drinking it. I did enjoy it, it has the flavor profile you expect so when reading the description if that sounds good to you it will be good, no random surprises.

Overall, great atmosphere, our bartender Austin was cool and we this seems like a lowkey place that would be slept on, so definitely try it out if you’re in the mood for a cocktail, you can even bring the beer lovers with you and still drink with them because of the brewery literally next door that’s owned by the same people. No complaints and I’d recommend it to the people of co springs and tourist alike

Great food, great atmosphere and drinks. Up at the taproom the service was friendly and fantastic. Really disappointed down at NEAT. The bartenders customer service was downright awful and sent us back to the taproom to order drinks from them even though they were not busy for a Friday evening. It was disappointing enough that we probably won’t be back. Even the taproom employees looked astonished that they sent us back up there for THEM to put in the drinks NEAT was making…..

Honestly Kaylie did such a great job. Quick, efficient, super pretty. 5's all around.

The food truck is awesome. Lots of outdoor sitting options. Apparently they keep it to two people to staff the entire place. The wait is not bad when it's slow. NA cocktails were not an option when I went on a Saturday.

Wonderfully inventive cocktails. An extraordinary selection of whiskeys and a great atmosphere. The issue lies on the management and/or ownership. Only two bartenders carrying the entire weight of an extremely busy Friday night. Bartenders had to serve, bus, make cocktails, go to the food truck to get orders, go to the brewery to get beers and all the usual duties. I understand the issues in hiring and retaining talent in business today. But adding a server or two would have catapulted this from four stars to five. I have great respect for the staff who was busting their tails, but nobody could receive the quality of service customers deserve. And that is on ownership. Still recommend highly, just maybe not on a Friday or Saturday night.

Fabulous atmosphere. It's the most chic place I visited during my stay in COS. I highly recommend sitting at the bar and trying a few different cocktails. It's a whiskey bar but the cocktail menu is extensive and fabulous. As an old fashioned drinker, I would suggest stepping out of your comfort zone and trying the Oaxaca Old Fashioned made with mezcal. Wow. It was phenomenal. I cannot wait to visit upon my return.

Really not sure how anyone can rate this place anything less than a 5 star. Great selection of spirits and the staff is always on point with their pours or their recommendations for off the menu craft beverages. The food truck is AWESOME and the fact that you can order beer from the Brewery next door and they'll bring it to you makes this a go to place in COS.

Just found this place thanks to a friend! If you are a whiskey person, this is the place for you! No TV's or loud music, a great place to sit and enjoy the company of others and fabulous drinks, without distraction!They have some awesome signature drinks and many, I mean many, different whiskeys to try and beer from FH Beerworks next door for those who prefer that!The poboy sandwich I had from the food truck was great! You order from your table in the bar for all of it!The staff was very helpful with all my questions, knowledgeable about their products and very friendly!A must try!
