The food truck is awesome. Lots of outdoor sitting options. Apparently they keep it to two people to staff the entire place. The wait is not bad when it's slow. NA cocktails were not an option when I went on a Saturday.

Wonderfully inventive cocktails. An extraordinary selection of whiskeys and a great atmosphere. The issue lies on the management and/or ownership. Only two bartenders carrying the entire weight of an extremely busy Friday night. Bartenders had to serve, bus, make cocktails, go to the food truck to get orders, go to the brewery to get beers and all the usual duties. I understand the issues in hiring and retaining talent in business today. But adding a server or two would have catapulted this from four stars to five. I have great respect for the staff who was busting their tails, but nobody could receive the quality of service customers deserve. And that is on ownership. Still recommend highly, just maybe not on a Friday or Saturday night.

Fabulous atmosphere. It's the most chic place I visited during my stay in COS. I highly recommend sitting at the bar and trying a few different cocktails. It's a whiskey bar but the cocktail menu is extensive and fabulous. As an old fashioned drinker, I would suggest stepping out of your comfort zone and trying the Oaxaca Old Fashioned made with mezcal. Wow. It was phenomenal. I cannot wait to visit upon my return.

Really not sure how anyone can rate this place anything less than a 5 star. Great selection of spirits and the staff is always on point with their pours or their recommendations for off the menu craft beverages. The food truck is AWESOME and the fact that you can order beer from the Brewery next door and they'll bring it to you makes this a go to place in COS.

Just found this place thanks to a friend! If you are a whiskey person, this is the place for you! No TV's or loud music, a great place to sit and enjoy the company of others and fabulous drinks, without distraction!They have some awesome signature drinks and many, I mean many, different whiskeys to try and beer from FH Beerworks next door for those who prefer that!The poboy sandwich I had from the food truck was great! You order from your table in the bar for all of it!The staff was very helpful with all my questions, knowledgeable about their products and very friendly!A must try!

Hands down my favorite place in the Springs to grab a drink and a bite to eat. The drinks are top notch, and the bartenders incredibly helpful and friendly. There is a food truck that provides the food and the nachos and pork bites are so amazing I've never even tried anything else as I go there expressly to get those! Never had even a mediocre experience and I've been there several times.

Fun selection of drinks great tasting appetizers, we had the pub fries with bacon bits and pork belly bites with a thai chili dipping sauce that was both tangy and just enough heat to notice. Both were full of flavor. However, the pork bites were cold upon arrival, which could have been due to the walk from the kitchen over to the table. Bite after bite they were pretty good minus the temp and 10/10 would order again, just hope for a bit warmer in regards to cooking temperature. All in all, it is a great place for a nuce drink and a very chill atmosphere, of which i highly recommend it.

Dare you? Yes, you must…You enter Neat Whiskey House and are greeted by the most knowledgeable and interesting staff you could have imagined, with all the good parts of “Cocktails,” minus the lack of plot. The menu soothes the childhood trauma you didn’t know you had. The atmosphere transforms you instantly into a more interesting person… the type of person who doesn’t have to think about the type of person they are… and you are transported by inspiration, exuberance, and all the joy of a 5-year old who hasn’t heard of death.In short, Neat is far more than neat.
Wow what a great night! Where to begin… Atmosphere is giving is giving The Great Gatsby minus all unlikable characters (all characters). It’s mysterious and sexy, just like my old fashioned. I’ve felt absolutely swept away, and the attentiveness of the staff is the cherry on top. Beautiful venue, old sport. Highly recommend ??
