Was looking forward to the poke bowl as I haven't had a good one in a while since moving to Colorado and I understand inflation and all that but what I got for $17 was not $17 worth of food. It's in a large bowl but takes the space of a medium easily.... The taste is good but the amount. Not so much. Won't return.

Delicious!!! Great ramen, poke bowls and rolls
Such a fan of Ninja Bowl! They have amazing and friendly service, delicious food, great portions. We’ve dined in and ordered takeout a bunch. Also, the hot green tea is amazing, which might sound crazy but if you know, you know 😂 Most recently we ordered koren spicy pork ramen, a bunch of sushi, and crab rangoons. All of it was beautiful and delish!

Amazing Owner who makes you feel so comfortable and brings you straight into Korean culture! He made my party fresh Miso soup 🍲 incredible sushi 🍣 and his own concoction of Asian Nachos. Incredible food and out of this world service. 10☆

Great experience, and very friendly! We did take out, and the food was great! We had a few rolls, and they were very tasty. Our bowls were perfect, fresh and exactly what we ordered. Our experiences with most take out is something is always wrong or missing, not Ninja Bowl, 100% on the order.

This place is amazing, great food and even better service. Everyone was so nice and we were ordering to go because we came in close to closing and they still asked us to sit down and have some free soup.

phenomenal food all around, very friendly and wonderful customer service. We came in last minute for a to go order to not be a burden on them since they were close to closing and were met with a smile telling us to sit down and enjoy our meals. Also the miso soup is probably the best ive had in america. Definitely a go to place for date night.

I was excited to try this place, but sorely disappointed, especially for the price. My son got the 3 roll combo. He said the best thing was the egg roll, which is not saying much. The gyoza was dried out and the rolls were small (5/6 pieces). I was looking forward to a flavorful cool sushi bowl and it was served with warm rice and a side of soy sauce. Will not return.

Restaurantji Recommends
I have some mixed feelings about this place. It seems like it changed owners recently. It used to be a place for casual sushi, poke bowls and simple rolls. At this moment it still is, with signage and setup is still same as before. BUT, if you look at their website/online ordering, they seem to be in the process of replacing the menu with standard sushi restaurant fare: rolls and bentos and no mention of poke. I'm not sure how they're going to pull off that change, as the space is much to small for a real sushi restaurant, and we have pretty good alternatives just past Interquest anyway.
Menu changes aside, I was able to get the poke bowl from the old menu and it was good but not great. The salad mix in it was drenched with oil, and when the house dressing was added in, it was way too much. The rice was just standard sticky rice, I wouldn't call it sushi rice.

The service was extremely slow, and the location was too small and crowded. Only a father and daughter were handling too many orders, prioritizing Uber Eats. Additionally, the food was not fresh.

Favorite lunch spot in the area when commuting - definitely worth a quick detour off I-25 for a solid meal.

We are in Colorado Springs from Texas visiting family and stopped in Ninja Bowl after getting a kids haircut next door for my grandson. This place is AMAZING! Super fresh food, we had the build your own bowls and fresh sushi. Staff incredibly friendly, the Chef extremely experienced, highly skilled and professional, and the food absolutely delicious! We highly highly recommend Ninja Bowl!
