I ordered from DoorDash and the first order there were a few things missing which is fine and i got my money back and I just re-ordered the items that were missing. However, I couldn’t find a button to add sauces or extra vegetables or anything like that and so I called and I talked to the manager Cora and she was an absolute angel! She was so understanding and sweet and absolutely took care of my order and made it right. She truly made my night!

Not one to usually write reviews on companies But today was absolutely ridiculous here. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 regular meals as they continued to serve 6 guests that came way after me. Probably more irritated With the factthat they never even could come and let me know that they messed up and we’re gonna take an extra long time on my meal. This made me late for an appointment when I asked what made them take so long. she just said oh small communication problem like it was no big deal. Horrible Customer service feel like they should’ve gave me some discount for making me wait there so long and giving me one cold meal because it sat there for 20 minutes.before even starting my other meal

The menu is fine. The food is good and healthy. However, this location needs a visit from corporate. Food is made and then sits on the counter for at least 10 minutes before getting a lid. Poor order management and it's taking 60+ minutes for my order to be done. It was ordered online and their website showed complete when I've been waiting another 50 minutes past the time of when I'm told the order will be ready. Kitchen staff is working hard but front end people don't know how to efficiently handle food and get it out to customers. I've worked food service. This is not how you do it. The processes could be made more efficient but the staff is making a lot of mistakes that are unacceptable. I could've gone next door to another restaurant, ordered my food and ate it in the time I'm still waiting for my order. Next time, I might just do that instead.

Jenny is the general manager and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We ordered from DoorDash but it would not let me remove the Parmesan from the buttered noodles, and my daughter literally will not eat the buttered noodles unless they are just buttered noodles, Jenny went out of her way to help us, her staff is amazing and amazingly fast, so even though we called right away, they already made the order, and she politely asked them to remake it so that it would be right for my daughter 🤯👏🤯🤯🤯🤯 seriously wow! Such a kind, amazing women 💕💕💕💕💕💕

Actually Not Bad & AFFORDABLE!!! Me & my boo ate for $17.00!!!!
I was shocked! We both got a plate! 😂

The people were kinda rude though & lazy at this location…..to me specifically.

I had asked for NO Red Peppers on my dish, so when it had them in there I brought the plate back up, he TOOK the plate from me & I sat down, a minute later he came back with it (the same plate) & offered to PICK the pepper OUT MY PLATE for Me!!!! 🤯

My expectations were to make me a new fresh plate, NOT offer to pick through my old plate ???? HUH ????

I just couldn’t believe it & will NOT go back to the N. ACADEMY location again, but will visit another location as the plates are pretty decent……
CONS: smaller portions & NO bread?!?!?
Huh??? What? Who eats pasta w/o bread? WHO?!??

Anyway, it’s not bad for the price.
FYI: ***My man did have to order 2 plates of pasta to get full though, bc they were smaller plates, so beware.
