I heard about Norma's awhile back and decided today was the day. My daughter and I stopped in and we were wowed by all the delicious looking pastries and pies and cakes. There was a a big variety, nicely displayed. We had the croissant, which was heavenly, unlike any other croissant I've eaten. Also the crepe layer cake topped with fruit. You HAVE to try that! We also had a huge piece of layer cake with a thin layer of strawberry filling in the middle and the top had a crust of sprinkles. It was beautiful and delicious. Of course we couldnt pass up the fruit tart, and we got something else that I dont know what it was called but had a cream cheese filling. We had to try each thing as soon as we got into the car with our goodies. But we did have some leftovers to enjoy later. Norma greeted us both with hugs. We love her!!! She is an absolute sweetheart!

I recently discovered this bakery, and I was delighted, that they offer the traditional Three Kings bread that I've been searching for over the past year. On my first visit, I opted for their regular bread, but what truly caught my attention was their sampling of cheese and guava-filled bread. Regrettably, I didn't choose the cheese-filled one during my visit, and that was a mistake. My family thoroughly enjoyed the sample we had, and I regret not bringing home the cheese-filled bread for us to enjoy.

My mom brought home some pastries and I could NOT stop eating them, I ended up skipping dinner because I ate too many.

I needed someone to try to copy Claim Jumper's Chocolate Motherlode Cake for my wife's 40th birthday..it's her absolute favorite cake in the whole world and she only ever wants it once a year. Finding someone to make it over the years has been difficult. I hit up Norma's on Tuesday hoping to have it ready by Thursday, sent them a screenshot of what I wanted and they got the quote to me which was comparable to what Claim Jumper charges. I picked the cake up Thursday afternoon and gave it to my wife when she got home and it was a hit. Came out perfect, everyone loved it. Even those that claimed to not like cake or chocolate that much, but, most importantly wife 100% approved! Thanks for coming through!

Deeply disappointed with today’s bakery experience. Despite preordering and paying for tamales, we adhered to the 5:30 pm arrival time for an 8 pm closing, only to discover the store locked. The worker we approached refused our order, insisting we should have called ahead. After contacting the owner, we were asked to wait outside for 25 minutes. The absence of courtesy in notifying us of an early closure for paid preorders was frustrating. Notably, approximately five other customers and a DoorDasher were also stranded outside. Clear communication was sorely lacking. While recognizing it’s a family-run business, this level of service was unacceptable. Relying on Facebook updates isn’t practical, as we don’t regularly check, and it shouldn’t be our responsibility given the guaranteed pickup time, unless proper communication or updates were provided. Compensated for the inconvenience, we finally received our order after close to 40 minutes of waiting when the owner arrived.
