I’m super impressed with this store! Harper picked up the phone and she was extremely helpful and so nice. We needed a cake within a few hours and she was able to get us set up with a custom cake and pick it up within an hour of talking to them. The store was immaculate and everyone in there was so nice. I will recommend this location to everyone. Thank you again guys!!

We have ordered multiple times Bundt cakes and have been very pleased with the quality.
This time June 13th we picked up the largest Carrot cake for a 90th birthday party. We were very disappointed there were little carrots to be found, the flavor was a spice cake not a carrot cake, and the cake was dry not moist like we expected. There were no good comments from any of the 12 birthday party guests!!
Unfortunately nicely decorated on the outside but disappointing taste and quality on the inside.

I picked up 4 Individual cakes for my birthday. Lemon Blueberry, Oreo Cookies & Cream, S’mores and my girlfriend picked White Chocolate Raspberry. They were excellent, and even 2 days later they We’re just as fresh as they were the first day we picked them up!!! Definitely go and try them!!!

Yesterday I went in to purchase a raspberry cake for my sisters birthday when I got to the party (which is 40 minutes from the store) I noticed it was red velvet cake. When I called to see if I could get a different one they said that the staff couldn't wait for me to get back to exchange it and instead I could come the next day to exchange the cake. I told them that I didn't want the cake for the next day so then they offered a refund and took my information. Today I received a call from the store owner and she told me that she believed me but she also believed her employee and her employee said that I confirmed that I wanted a red velvet cake and that they weren't able to give me a refund without the cake back because every cake counts and without the cake back it would be a major loss for their company. This honestly made me upset not only because they messed up my order and did nothing to actually solve it. I am a customer that consistently returns to this store not to mention last time I was in there I sold them out spending $800. This also concerns me and raises health concerns because it wasn't until I opened the cake that I noticed it was red velvet. I would hope that they are not asking for returned cakes in order to resell to future customers. Its just surprising that $21.00 is worth more then good customer service. Hopefully in the future they can show or actually confirm with their customers so that it doesn't happen again.

Delicious cakes and a small assortment of cute gift options in a welcoming and adorably decorated store. These make nice desserts that can easily feed multiple people. They are rich and filling as well as pretty to look at.

Delicious but the parking spots are too small. Bad development. Don’t come often now because of it.
We had a delivery for my sister-in-law’s birthday and the Uber dropped it off at the wrong location. The owner sent a text the next day apologizing for the event that was not their mistake, and personally redelivered the cakes to her the next day. Absolutely amazing!

We love getting our treats from here. This review is not about the cakes, but I feel it's important to share.
My issue is the method they're using to collect financial information they're not privy to. They now have an app for orders as well as rewards tracked in the app vs. the old punch-hole cards. Yes, I've collected quite a few with every change of purse. The new app, however, requires you to register a credit card in the app in order to collect and redeem points. I found this to be a major problem because financial information should be protected; therefore, it should not be stored without customers' permission, let alone be a requirement just to earn points. I recently made a $ 50 purchase, and I'm unable to redeem my points. There're not enough cupcakes in the world, and points to force me to give up such valuable information. Yes, I've made online purchases and found out later that my card has been saved with permission. It's sickening, which is why I often use cash in-store to limit credit card usage. Protect your financial information by limiting storage in apps. Your credit card has valuable information that can break you, should it get into the wrong hands. Keep in mind that there's always a third-party company or multiple, collecting free information. My rule thumb is that when a business uses a rewards system/app that requires a credit card stored, I don't go for it. I've registered with other businesses' rewards apps, and none has required credit card information in order to earn points. They usually just need a name, email, and phone.

Went in for the first time and picked up two of the smaller Bundt cakes. Definitely a great treat! Would recommend to try this place out if you are looking for something sweet. Enjoyed both cakes and will definitely return.

Ladie at the register was very rude when I wanted to sign up for the free bunt cake. I told her it was my daughter's birthday but since she's not over the age of 13 she didn't qualify for a free bunt.
I have always loved the bunt cakes and I wanted my daughter to experience having one. Just
Being in that atmosphere made us want to leave. Will not return!!

My mom is gluten free and I wanted to get her a cake for her birthday that she would enjoy. They exceeded our expectations! I ordered it 1 day before pick up and was done on time. It tasted so amazing that we questioned if it was actually gluten free. The cake was moist and super sweet. The butter cream frosting was delicious and creamy. The cake did not last the night. I also got the cat candles for n extra cute touch! Definitely recommend for gluten free, wish they had more than 2 flavors.

I bought a dozen cupcake size for a birthday party. They were decorated beautifully & tasted amazing. My only complaint is that they were so small that you could only get about 2 bites in one cupcake and plus they were about $40 for the dozen-which is approximately $3.50/cupcake. I won't go back to buy cupcake size because of how small & expensive they were.

I am incredibly happy I called yesterday! The Dublin team was able to bake, ice and decorate a birthday cake for my fiancé in less than 2 hours. I am beyond impressed. It is so hard to find readily available gluten free items, and I must say, the Chocolate Chip Cookie GF Bundt was made to order so quickly, AND is AMAZING! So soft, the icing is perfect! I am so grateful I found this place! We will 100% be back!! I wish I knew the woman who helped me over the phone and the baker/icing person; I’d love to give them personal shout outs! They really helped complete his birthday after our original cake plans fell through. We will always come back for birthday and celebration cakes now! You’ve got our business!! 5 stars to the entire team!
