They have the new strawberry shortcake which it was delicious and it's always cute to go in there and look at the trinkets and the staff has always been nice

Love the cakes, I’ve always had a smiling face helped me. How do you not offer a fork or a spoon for your customers enjoyment?

The only cakes I like because they aren't drenched in frosting

I came in to get a cake for my girlfriend. They told me it would be a thirty minute wait. I waited thirty minutes in my car came in got the cake. The problem was it was the display kick. Why did I wait 30 minutes for a display cake?It The same cake that was in the display when I got in there was what i got... can't help but feel like they forgot to make the cake.

Super disappointed that my gender reveal cake had the contents of the cake on it, revealing the baby’s gender before I even opened the bag. It’s really not hard to have taken the receipt off before handing it over. It ruined the entire reason for getting the cake. I don’t even want the cake anymore.

We love getting our treats from here. This review is not about the cakes, but I feel it's important to share.
My issue is the method in they're using to collect financial information they're not preview to. They now have an app for orders as well as rewards tracked in the app vs the old punch-hole cards. Yes, I've collected quite a few with every change of purse. The new app however requires you to register a credit card in the app inorder to collect and redeem points. I found this to be a major problem because financial information should be protected; therefore, should not be stored without customers permission, let alone be a requirement just to earn points. I recently made a $ 50 purchase and I'm unable to redeem my points. There're not enough cupcakes in the world and points to force me to give up such valuable information. Yes, I've made online purchases and found out later that my card has been saved with permission. It's sickening, which is why I often use cash in-store to limit credit cards usage. Protection your financial information by limiting storage in apps. Your credit card has valuable information that can break you, should it get into the wrong hands. Keep in mind, there's always a third-party company or multiple, collecting free information. My rule thumb, when a business uses a rewards system/app that requires a credit card stored, I don't go for it. I've registered with other businesses rewards app and none has required credit card information in order to earn points, they usually just need a name, email and phone.

No fork or spoons for your food, and now we’re charging for bags. What a joke, I hate cheap companies. I won’t be back.

Charging for bags when you’re overcharging already will make a stop coming

This has officially became my place to get cakes for special occasions! I ordered a dozen of the bundtinis, nothing custom, and it was a beautiful presentation!

They have some gluten-free options. So thankful that gluten-free is available.
