The place is conveniently placed in downtown Colorado Springs by a park and a few other cool shops. The atmosphere is very cozy, with soft colorful lighting, island style decor, and plenty of seating. Would be cool to see some stand up comics take over the small stage in the middle of one of the rooms, it would truly bring more life into this place. The workers are very informative and knowledgeable of the products they sell, and will answer all your questions with a smile. This was my first time trying a Kava drink and I would definitely visit again. It’s also a good place to study or work, as I’ve seen a few people my first visit on their computers or deep in their books. Not to mention their selection of canned drinks to take home, full of different blends of herbs to substitute any alcoholic drink and get your mood up without any negative side effects of alcohol! The selection of drinks is pretty big, from strong to weaker selections. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

My favourite lil nook in this tinless space is the stage for those open mic nights or dedicated shows. I've heard plenty of tales from the owner how people would go there to expand confidence and find friendships that last indefinitely. If you need a pal or inspiration or a soul-soothing remedy, Ohana Kava Bar is a wise choice

Awesome live music on some nights, small with cozy vibe. The employees know a lot of regulars and they talk and create a friend like atmosphere. Highly recommend for valuable conversations and perhaps first time meet ups.
First time here and try there item the ‘siren.’ Menu says $11 for the item. On happy hour it’s $2 off. I got 2. Was overcharged and brought it to their attention, was met with attitude and refusal to honor their own prices, why? Because I was a new customer being taken advantage of is what it felt like? It’s simple to do the math 11-2= 9 and times 2 is 18$ and it’s simple to read the menu.
Would this qualify for false advertising ?

Kava was good, but service was really rude and uninviting. There was nobody there and she acted very bothered and confused with us, it was our first time drinking kava and she acted as if we were crazy not to know much about it. There was zero music playing it was very quiet and awkward. Probably won’t go back just because of the poor service and atmosphere. We also had some mutual friend groups who went recently and said the same exact thing! Find people who want to work there or don’t let them work at all!
