Long wait to get food because Kitchen was backed up. Then the server forgot about my appetizer and Pizza. When I finally got my pizza it was not cooked and doughy. Won’t be returning.

Yale was an amazing server! She busted her butt trying to accommodate everyone eating there! I gave 1 stat doe the atmosphere because the manager came out and chewed her out in front of everyone for doing her job and that of everyone else's! My husband and I sat and watched her with not enough help run around making everyone's meals great and that manager treated her like trash!! Totally unprofessional and obviously the one who caused the lack of rating. Yale you were great and we are sorry to see you treated that way!

I've been an Old Chicago fan for many years. This was my first time at this location. Dominique was the man behind the bar. He provided exceptional service. I got the Chicago Trio and a Tuscan Herb and Chicken pizza. They were all delicious as expected. Will definitely return to this location. This was also the only location that I have been to that had an upstairs.

Great everything! Our waitress ...Yale, is AWESOME! Took care of all her patrons with enthusiasm, sincerity! She made sure my food allergy was taken care of! This location is the best in Colorado Springs!Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to dairy,
I love this Old Chicago location for the mountain views and outdoor seating areas. Food is on par with any other OC location and I've never had a problem with the service here. I've had a few beers come out room temperature, but that's really the only complaint I have.
The Italian Nachos are fast and easy to take with me.

The food is excellent, as always. The servers need better training. The service is very slow and I had to tell them appetizers and salad(not ordered separately)come before the main course. Up the game, there are alot of restuarant choices.

The food was fantastic and the service was great but the Interior seems a bit old and rundown. And it could have been cleaner. I've been to other locations that are more modern and clean, maybe this one just needs an update. I'd still recommend going as the pizza is really good.
