The food isn't that great, but there is a cool atmosphere.

So we got the hot chicken sandwiches and a basket of sweet potato fries. I've got nothing but love for the actual food. This was the best thing I've tasted out in a long time. However, I have some thoughts. We are several years removed from Covid and the QR code menus have got to go. They are obnoxious, tacky, and can be an accessibility barrier for older people. I don't love the counter service either, but to add insult to injury, you have your staff show a tip screen with a 20% default. It's entirely self-service-food pickup and bussing. For why are you pressuring customers to tip for a service they aren't receiving? If you want to pay your staff more, fine. I can understand that. Work it into your menu prices. This tipping trend creates unnecessary friction/awkwardness between employees and your customers. I understand why you and many others have chosen to do this as it takes the pressure off the employer- but nevertheless, it kind of sucks. I know I'm not the only person out there that feels this way.
Came to Ivy Wild for lunch on a Wednesday, I was able to walk straight up to the counter - was greeted immediately. I ordered the breaded chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries - So Yummy!!! The chicken was cooked perfectly and juicy. The gentleman who took my order, I can’t remember his name.., was so nice - he even walked my food out to me while I sat in another area and brought a napkin and a tasty curry sauce to try with my food.
Great experience, great service, great food. Thanks Ivy Wild!

Price for food in person higher that I could pay online.Salad was cute looking, but you have to work and cut ends of lettuce stock off. Next to no dressing on it.The double smashburger did not show cooked onions on menu. The house sauce was none-existent.Dry...Worse was the onion rings. So greasy.Nasty even.I think the oil was old. We paided way to much for food that worse than burger king.

We stopped by last week for lunch with our family. Such a cool atmosphere!! We got BLTs, a cheeseburger, and the smothered French fries. The BLTs were outstanding-crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes, and toasted sourdough. The cheeseburger was just ok but the smothered french fries were absolutely delicious and spicy. My only complaint is with the gentleman with the red curly hair running the register. He was loud, abrupt, and made me very uncomfortable. He spoke to everyone in a condescending and sassy manner. When I picked up my order I politely asked for mustard and ketchup and he abruptly spun around and then slammed his hand on the metal prep counter before giving me the condiments. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day, on the spectrum, or just a jerk. The food was good but we won’t be back due to his inappropriate behavior. Even my children noticed and asked what was wrong with him.

Food was good here. Their burgers are pretty solid.
Self serve not enough detail for new people coming in.
Needs more humans serving in my opinion to phone related kills the joy of human beings
What a blast of a time. Very good food, drinks, and event.

The chicken tenders are yum. The bacon blue cheese burger is decent. The loaded pretzel is WOW unbelievably sad!! Pathetic amount of bland ingredients, poor presentation... Literally the only thing redeeming about it is the pretzel itself. Pretty thick and fluffy, and well salted. Save yourself the $19 of sadness and just get the pretzel with cheese. The service is meh. The Ivywild school setting is fantastic, always a good vibe.
THE BEST chicken and fries I’ve ever had. Chicken was large, moist with a nice crunchy coating. Fries were the best crispy fries with fluffy soft potato middle. Manager was very friendly. I highly recommend eating here and we will definitely be back to try other menu items.

Excellent flavors. 30 minutes to get an order of onion rings is a bit much though. Was hoping to be back with friends to explore more flavors. Pending final decision. Great beers nearby at Bristol and several other food options.

We had lunch here for the first time a couple of days ago and it was delicious!
We ordered the two chicken tenders with fries meal and the chicken sandwich and fries meal.
Friends we were with ordered the onion rings and they really enjoyed them.
The chicken was juicy, tender and crispy. Perfection! The fries were hot and delicious. There is indoor seating but we opted to sit outside on the patio under one of the many umbrellas and enjoy the crisp weather.
We will be back for sure!
