My husband, mother-in-law and myself went because she had e-gift cards and it was a good thing. The food was mediocre at best. I had soup and salad I got minestrone and it was luke warm and had no real taste. The next different soup was hot but still no flavor. I left all of it after a few bites. My mother-in-law got the tour of Italy and she only took a few bites. She said the noodles tasted like they were frozen and then cooked. She left all of the plate and ate her salad and appetizer. My husband took the lasagna for leftovers so we will see. He had the rigatoni in creamy mushroom sauce. It was so runny it was like soup. The only thing we enjoyed was the waiter, the salad and bread sticks. Oh the calamari appetizer was good. We don't go to Olive Garden much because we seem to always be disappointed. I know there are people who love it and more power to them. Maybe it was an off night but I think not. I wish it was what we hoped.

We had to give them short notice for a senior citizen birthday party with about 20 people and they were so accomodaty it was amazing. Set us up in a private room with a dedicated server. Congrats to the 2 managers that made this happen on very short notice!

Came in Saturday evening and expected a wait, but we were able to be seated right away! Our meal was wonderful and the service was fantastic. Big thank you to Patrick for taking such great care of us last night!
The food was great! Service was fantastic. Our party of 14 was seated in a back area. Not too many tables occupied. Then I watched as our server got swamped with parties of 3 to 6. Our server handled our table of again 14 and the others like a champ while smiling. I wish I could remember her name.

Olive Garden Management Team,I just ordered food to go for pickup and one of the employees went to hand me my food but I grabbed it and accidentally dropped it. She felt embarrassed but I want her to know that it was not her fault and was mine! She offered to take the order back and redo it. She is an excellent employee and I would just like to say thank you so much!

We ordered curbside today and Pat was our server! Customer service was superb! He made sure we had extra plates and utensils even though I didn’t order enough. Even included extra sauce which was noted in special instructions. What’s better? Our order was correct and tasted excellent! This was not your normal curbside drop off, this was a great experience. Thank you!

Has been years since I’ve been to Olive Garden. Came late. We were welcomed for service at the bar. Bar tender was appropriately attentive, pleasant, & helpful. Other patrons were happy & jovial. Atmosphere was perfect. Food & wine came quickly, prepared & presented well. We left satisfied.
